Thank you for this video. Spread the word! Went to ER in NY 9, yes NINE, times in 3 months with this and was sent home in excruciating pain each time and told I was crazy and over reacting! Finally found the back pod on this channel and fixed it myself within a week with no help or recommendations from any doctors after months in agony. I am traumatized from how I was dismissed. My mother had it recently and went to different ER in Florida and they diagnosed it immediately.
The New Zealand doctor who invented the Pod has some great videos. He really stands by this product, it does help. And you can take an anti - inflammatory too.

I have had chest pain for almost a year now. I thought I was having a heart attack at first or a early sign of one. I’ve been to the emergency room and doctors multiple times now it’s been almost a year and it’s just getting worst. My blood pressure is fine. My lungs are fine. My heart rate is normal. I have experienced this since I was eight years old. Stopped for a long time through my 20s 30s 40s and now in my 50s I am experiencing it again. Went to the ER and of course it was not a heart attack.
Try rolling around on a big firm exercise ball. First, lay your back on the ball and roll for back and forth for a minute. Then turn over so that your chest is on the top of the ball and roll back and forth. Gets the blood flowing in your chest and ribs area. Stretch out the back and chest and repeat the exercise a few times and you’ll get some relief. Good luck and feel better!
Man I injured my peck and months back and worked out recently after being straight up inactive on my phone all the time in bed. I get this chest muscle spazm that leads into my bicep. My bicep feels like it could easily tear. Now when I smoke weed and/or lay down while on my phone the chest pain and nerve movement keep happening. It’s pretty scary. I went to the hospital and every thing came back fine. Nothing was done besides a steroid shot for it and maybe an anti inflammatory also shot into my arm. The pain comes and goes for these past 3-4 days. I want to cry tbh😂. And I might tonight. Going to see a primary care physician early next week so we can do something about this.. I hope this isn’t worse than what you guys are going through as I busted out 50 push-ups a day before and wasn’t able to before hand Bc of the amount of time spent inactive and unemployed. I thought it was a strand or two of muscle inside my chest that have tore. But when I massage this nervy feeling sore spot on my shoulder blade. My chest loosens up from just that. Not a good fix for it. The pain has its bouts and feels like a serious injury.

I still have pain when I’m on my phone for exetended periods in bed(up to 10 hours) Still a scary feeling. But not as dire as it was when I went to the hospital for it. I doubt my chest muscle will ever be the same unless I do deep tissue massages to break down scar tissue and bring in more blood flow whilst also incorporating stretches and possible rubber band workouts.

Chest pain is nothing to ignore. We would suggest getting it checked out if it's happening over and over. Always better safe than sorry with chest pain.

I went hospital, had everything from xray to bloods taken and a full body inspection but they didnt pick up on this. Shows what the new gen doctors really know, my guess is its not on the exam so they dont kkow it exists.
So I was being ruff with my friend, and then he knocked me onto the ground and I was fine, but then he stepped of my chest and flipped me over like a backwards summersault, and it hurt very badly and I had the wind knocked out of me,. Ever since then about 2 weeks, my chest has been hurting badly, any tips?

if its inflammation of the cartilage, why would expanding and applying pressure onto it help? it would just cause more inflammation

My doctor at the pain clinic injected my rib attachments with lidocaine for this, it was horrible and didn't work like I expected. Go with the Pod.
