Economy farm engine with Webster magneto

Working on getting my 1-1.2 HP Economy engine running after many years of sitting in the shed. This is a long video, 17 minutes. I'm not an expert on these engines so if you see a mistake or have some better tips feel free to comment.
Ignore the part about hitting the magnet while recharging it. I read that it is not a good idea!

Good engine review, but you should never bang on a magnet like that. It does nothing to change the isotropy of the metal, note change the coersiveness, of the metal either. A good DC charger works well.

I've seen them recharged either with the tapping or without. Some say it lines up the molecules better. Most people I know use an electric magnet charger.
