This girl needs to keep him forever. I was in a relationship with a guy whose family hated me, he perpetually tried to act like he was on my side and then got mad at me whenever his mother did something mean to me. I later realized he had just as many passive aggressive and abusive traits as his family. This girl got really lucky, I hope she knows that.
And barring that, I pray YOU respect and car for you. Love who you are. People who want to change you don't. People who want you to be happy do. And beware of over spoiling
I love it when the husband is on his wife’s side. That’s true love. Go Liam! Serves his parents and brother right. I’m glad Liam and Melanie are having a baby. They deserve one. Congrats!
I think the reason why Melanie didn't have kids at first was because JNMIL was given her stress, but as soon as Melanie and Liam were away from the JNMIL, she was able to get pregnant
Good on Liam for standing up for his wife and cutting off his toxic family. It's nice to see in one of these stories the spouse not just dismissing the feelings and actions of a party at fault.
I had to put my MIL in check for how she was treating my wife (her daughter). We did not visit or talk to them for 10 years. Finally, FIL broke the whole situation by finally putting his wife in place and then inviting us for Christmas. Every time MIL opened her fat mouth, he checked her--hard. since then, my FIL has passed and mommy dearest now has to manage everything herself and guess what? She has had to swallow many bitter pills to become a better person and mom. I don't tolerate disrespect to my wife from anyone just like I don't put up with it for myself. We are a family and for that to work, everyone has to have everyone else's back.
I would *NEVER* apologize to a fool that constantly berated me. Especially someone that told me they hated me. Melanie was very kind to want to keep the peace, but I'm glad Liam cut ties.

I was totally shaking my head when Melanie said maybe SHE should have been nicer because seriously she had taken this crap for 3 years without standing up for herself or doing anything at all about it. Liam is to blame here too because he obviously knew how his mom was treating her yet he didn't put a stop to it in all of that time either. It took the mom escalating into totally treating Melanie like a dog before he actually stood up and did something about it, but Melanie was still not going to stand up for herself or make waves . Of course the MIL only got worse with her bad behavior because given their previous lack of action she thought it would be fine. It shouldn't have even gone that far because they should have stopped it from the start.

Am I the only one who's getting tired of these doormat DILs? I understand that this might be in a different culture than America but it would be nice to get a little variety.
19:56 This is proof that Caroline will never change her ways. She offered to team with one DIL and make the life of the other DIL a nightmare while asking for forgiveness? In what world does that count as an effort to convince someone of your willingness to change your ways? And as for Andrea? She is just an incarnate of Caroline from her younger days. The fruit doesn’t too fall from the tree.
You would either have to be spineless or be a saint to not to tell MIL that you changed your mind and that you aren't coming over during that first back and forth.
I would do the same if my mother ever treated my wife like this ( haven't finished the whole vid yet ). Idc what they say about moms, no one disrespects my wife, period
Their is no way I would go to a dinner party with a mother-in-law who treat me like crap 💩 I would tell my seek other I am not going to anywhere near toxic mother-in-law without my seek other
Why is it mandatory that she help MIL and not the other people? Does Caroline think Liam is blind and doesn't see how she treats his wife? That family was so immature. They should block their number. It sounds like 4 adults need to get a job. This conversation should have ended a long time ago. LIam said he didn't want either of them to talk to his family again and Melanie goes right on ahead to talks to his family. Is the wife a glutton for punishment?
When family members complain about the lack of children, it pisses me off. Firstly it’s not their business because it’s basically barging into someone’s intimate lifestyle. Secondly having children is a choice. Raising a child is a huge responsibility and if people who are in relationships choose not to have children they have the right not to. Having a child is not a requirement in life, nor is anyone obligated to do so.

Basically the husband did on his wife's behalf
I would just leave, I don’t care what the in-laws think or say
I'd smush that cake so fast. 😤😤
Am I the only one who's getting tired of these doormat DILs? I understand that this might be in a different culture than America but it would be nice to get a little variety.
Doormat or no, at least they got the last laugh.
When you treat a person like a doormat, you'll end up with a nail up your foot!
I hated the mother-in-law. 🤬🤬. So bad. Think only that since one daughter-in-law gave her a grandchild that DIL will support her forever. 🤬🤬
Well, Cheez! I need a Liam! I promise my mom isn't a Caroline! Lmao
New microphone! It picks up everything, even when you inhale. Excellent quality!
A great proactive husband!
Move back to your own home so you don’t end up homeless 😂😂😂😂
There's an old saying : " Don't bite the hand that feeds you " .
YOOOOOO THIS IS THE EARLIEST IVE EVER BEEN! 1 MINUTE FOR THE WIN!!
Lucky! I’m four minutes late
The danger in a momma's boy marrying is that if he finds a better momma to listen to (his wife), the original momma is shit out of luck.

This is proof that Caroline will never change her ways.
I'm thinking, spineless.
I would do the same if my mother ever treated my wife like this ( haven't finished the whole vid yet ).
Idc what they say about moms, no one disrespects my wife, period
Happy Ending!!!!!
My grandmother had my mother when she was 45. My mother was a miracle baby.
If I had a mother in law like that, I would flip out on that woman one good time! She would never speak to me ever again in life!
Let’s gooooo!! JustnoMIL stories FTW
If Liam had already blocked them, Melanie should have as well.
Good (early) Morning all, hope you’re all having a nice weekend and stay safe 💙🐱💙
How are you doing today?
Good Evening to you from the South y'all

When family members complain about the lack of children, it pisses me off. Firstly it’s not their business because it’s basically barging into someone’s intimate lifestyle. Secondly having children is a choice. Raising a child is a huge responsibility and if people who are in relationships choose not to have children they have the right not to. Having a child is not a requirement in life, nor is anyone obligated to do so.
And probably if they had an accidental pregnancy these family members would be mad
