- This interview was aired in 1993 soon after Michael's interview with Oprah was broadcast. In it the Jackson family discuss Michaels plastic surgery & changing skin color, Jermaines controversial song 'word to the badd' and La Toya's estrangement from the family (amonst other things).
This interview includes the entire Jackson family including Joseph, Katherine, Rebbie, Jackie, Tito, Jermaine and Randy. La Toya, Marlon, Michael and Janet are not interviewed but they are the topic of discussion.
Includes excerpts from Black and White, Gone to soon and the 93 grammy awards.

It's what It is... Rebe left home long before Michael came of age. Jackie could have played pro baseball but their father wanted him to sing, so he might have some resentment. But Latoya spent a lot time doing for Michael. Being his mouthpiece when he was too shy to talk. So she probably felt she was being used. Or she probably felt Michael should help her with her singing career. Who knows what went on. I know that man she married had a fight with Joe. Joe beat him up.
That's so interesting that Michael wrote that he would sell 20 million records on his mirror.
He also believed in visualization and manifesting your dreams.

They were on the subject of Joseph being falsely accused of sex abuse by LaToya. A few months after this interview, Michael got falsely accused by the Chandler family, and set off a firestorm that’s still going today.

I think what the Jackson have done for themselfs, and for us, the world is truly outstanding. But it has its backside. Just look at the pain and struggle they have been through.. Even I, MJ fan in heart, says stop, it's enough. Let these people suffer less if we can have less from them. They are people also. They have given us so much love, it's time for us to show them true love and compassion. I feel like we as a world, should have appreciate and understand and above all, really support this family back in the days it went dark for them. We all know when it got dark for them.. I think Jackie was largely unaffected by the rest of the family's issues because he was already 18 when the Jackson 5 became big. He was able to have a full childhood and all. Even now, it's evident that he was one of the few Jacksons who didn't get a nose job.
Hamza Dawud Actually almost everyone in the family said that Jackie was the most afffected by Joe's treatment (because he got it the worst). He cries REALLY easily and is very sensitive. It is obvious from interviews and that reality show they did that media negativity affects him more than the others.

Jermaine and Michael were the closest of all the brothers. Michael and Jermaine both said it at interviews. They wasn't jealous of each other. But Marlon always begged for money and had attitude problems. Michael spoke on that too.

Amalgamaite you are wrong. Initially, he wore dark makeup and the white glove to hide it. But it became widespread til the point that it'd be easier to go with lighter makeup. If he wanted to be lighter, he wouldn't hide it.

He says positive things about all his kids on his website except for Jackie. He says "Jackie is head strong and will not do what you want him to do, Once I bought him a saxophone because I wanted him to play an instrument, he came back the next day and said I don't want this, and gave it back!

I was raised for part of my childhood as a Jehovahs Witness I recognise their 'way' as a family.Ive also stood about 2 feet away from Jermaine,..such a memorable eve. Oh and I wanted to marry MJ,..have a huge crush on him

Michael and his brothers remind me so much of Toni Braxton and her sisters. Their mom made it a must that Toni included her sisters in almost everything she did when she got record deal and when she puts her foot down it’s seen as isolation or rebellion just like Michael
