That's why he has a huge graveyard of beat up machines. Now it's a pick a part bone yard.

What I am asking myself: Are these miners contracted to re build the forest after they left the cuts? I mean there are HUGE gaps in the nature and nothing will grow there on it's own 🤷🏻♂️🤔Hope someone can answer my question 🙂
Trees will easily regrow the area in a few years. Don't underestimate nature, it can reclaim the land shockingly easily.

@@lorenzpollok2513 In some episodes they mentioned that they have to pay a deposit for reforesting. And if they meet certain standards they get that deposit back. In one episode Rick Ness gets 60 ounces or so back because the owner visited the claim and said the measures Rick took were enough.

Its funny to see what has become of the Discovery channel. Born for science, documentary and history, died into cheap low budget, reality shows.
Yeah .. i remember very early on, it was good documentaries, with slow paced filming that allowed you to enjoy what you were watching. Trying to watch this, i am 100% certian that the shaky and wobbly camera movements is ordered from the authorities to the tv company just to rattle young people's heads so they can't think straight afterwards. Just to mess with people's heads.

That drilling rig is so nice. Use to drill 300 feet and having to work the pipes is a bitch, still better than shoveling mud cause you have to recycle your water. Do that shit for 12 hours a day and you find not a lot of jobs are that hard.

If the old timers used these monitors to wash gold from these walls, odds are alotta that wash-down missed those crude wooden sluices. Gold is heavy stuff even denser than lead. The only soil it can't work it's way thru is bedrock.
I'm all for finding gold but I see a lot of land being destroyed of every living tree etc , they should be made to pay for re-planting a area they have dug the shit out of to preserve the forrest. @ 7.35 is a perfect example of the damage to the land.
