This show puts a smile on my face every time. I love the family approach, I like everyone in that family, the respect is evident and when they do good financially, they seem to light up and enjoy each other that much more. Its more enjoyable than the other reality series where they hate one another, they curse, demean and act like children... this show is enjoyable on many levels.
It's awesome to see Tony as himself and how it really is not what discovery channel wants everyone to everyone to believe he is a solid leader and I think he was a big influence on Parker who is also an awesome leader
This is pure pleasure to watch…..What people don’t understand is .. Some men are in it for the paycheck…… Other men want to run a crew …… A select few become project managers… And the one percent are up to be the man that manages it all .. Being the owner is great when it’s all working took that man years to get there and the reason he did is passion.. Mr Beats could coordinate a Mine Site with a group of paraplegics using wheel barrels and shovels.. and still pull a hundred ounces

I went from the Hoffmans, Schnabel, Beets, Ness, Schnabel and back to the Beets crew again. I really love them all, though. All their crews, too. I actually bought a GM 1000 and the HighBanker sluice box because of this show. I've watched every episode.

I'll be honest I'm a little surprised they don't have any mats for equipment recovery. Would've made that excavator recovery a lil bit easier.

Dam it Toney it happens I know it sucks. As a poor man I bought over 9 pieces of equipment. 400 size stuff nothing to big or small. I run 657ns and 992s and thousands of pieces of equipment in many applications not all though in the world though.

Tony comes off like the asshole boss but I’m sure he always has good intentions… that just how it used to be… and your right then you don’t make the mistake again… there is a fine line between makeing a work environment that people don’t want to show up to your negative positive motivation
