Jollibee style spaghetti recipe:
Ingredients for spaghetti:
- spaghetti 500g
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- cheese for topping
spaghetti sauce:
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g beef
- spaghetti sauce 700g
- 4 piece garlic, minced,
- 1/2 white onion, minced
- 3 tbsp tomato paste,
- 1 tsp salt
- 1tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 cup beef stock/or water
- 250 hotdog / frankfurter
- 1/2 cup cheese
