SPAGHETTI ALA JOLLIBEE | LASANG JOLLIBEE SPAGHETTI!

- One of the best tasting spaghetti is the famous Jollibee spaghetti. It's the meaty, sweet style that makes it different from other spaghetti recipes. It is even a hit Internationally. For many years, kids are always a fan of Jollibee spaghetti and even the kids-at-heart loves it. This is far from my original creamy style spaghetti recipe. But today, I wanna share to you my version of Spaghetti Ala Jollibee and I hope you can try this at home too.
TRY MY VERSION OF CREAMY SPAGHETTI
▶️ • CREAMY-STYLE SPAGHETTI...
Here's what you need:
1 kilo spaghetti pasta
1 kilo spaghetti sauce, i used fiesta parmesan cheese.
1/2 kilo ground beef, you can use ground pork as well.
1/4 teaspoon salt
500 grams hotdog, i used tender juicy
150 grams tomato paste, i used ram tomato paste
1/2 cup cream cheese or cheddar cheese
1 cup catsup, i used ufc catsup
1 cup brown sugar, adjust accordingly!
2 pieces pork broth cubes, you may use beef as well
2 cups water
8 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, finely chopped
1 medium bell pepper, finely chopped
pepper powder and fish sauce or salt to taste
grated cheese for toppings
NOTES:
📝 You may reduce the amount of sugar according to your preference.
📝The recipe is good for 1 kilo already. This serves 10-16 persons depending on the serving.
📝To avoid over-salted food. Gradually adding the ingredients and seasoning it with a light hand is better than putting all at once.
📝 To each his own. This is my way of cooking and I hope you could respect it.
📝 All the measurements are based on my taste. Please adjust accordingly!

Tried this recipe, better than my usual recipe. Thank you for this and also after cooking the sauce I slow cooked it for atleast another 30 minutes and the result was better.

Try to use del Monte sweet spag sauce or UFC it's tastier than the one you use. I like the presentation and cooking style. love it
