Sometime you can have only one comment on one video that a robot or youtube did not like and your channel disappears. I always fear that. I tend to archive a few videos just in case.

Knowing that it has taken you 7 months to get a white board up, I no longer feel bad about my procrastination and it has helped me overcome the feeling of shame associated with it. My mental health has improved your white board has allowed me to set my own goal, in the next two months I will finally hang up that darn photograph.

Glad that you're doing a Linear Algebra tutorial, this has always been my go-to channel for any mathematics topics I need to learn, if it's available on the channel. These tutorials helped me with Calculus I, II, III, and Differential Equations. I did already take Linear Algebra, but when i was looking for an online tutorial, this was the first place I came for that class. I ended up finding a different series of videos about Linear Algebra, but future students will be able to get the unmatched quality of tutorials that you create for Linear Algebra, which is nice.

I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life, but your videos made me passionate for mathematics and science, so I figured fitting into a stem field of some kind would be a good idea. One good topic to cover in the "Differential Equations" playlist would be the Laplace Transform - that method is extremely useful for a lot of differential equations, since it temporarily turns differential equations into algebraic equations, and this makes it much easier to solve for the unknown variable. It is even used for a lot of PARTIAL differential equations, so it is definitely a very powerful tool.
So glad… I’ve been enjoying your videos and recommending them to my students whom I believed would take the time to watch them. This channel is a valued resource.

I’m also pretty sure (hope) that he is recording the rest of the Differential Equations course, and after that he’ll switch to Linear Algebra with some ‘standard’ schedule, releasing for example 2-3 standard lectures per week.

This is great news! It's pretty wild to think about....but I started back at pre-calc right before covid with plans to complete a degree in Electrical Engineering and I made A's and B's from pre-calc all the way through Calc 3 thanks to you Professor Leonard! That work ethic and focus got me through Diff Eq and Linear Algebra. I've now finished a minor in mathematics and I'm a senior capstone project away from finishing my B.S.E.E! I will always attribute my success to your efforts, to not only deliver complex mathematics in a palatable way, but also with teaching us all HOW to learn complex material. That has been a huge gift, so thank you for all you've done and continue to do!!

you're the only reason that i was able to pass calc 2 & 3 in college (with As, thanks). i've since graduated & took advantage of the foundation you provided me for calc 2 & 3 to pursue a heavily math focused degree. i fondly remember going through your lectures at x2 speed as a supplement to my textbook. i actually didn't attend my professor's lectures very much because your youtube videos were so much more comprehensive (and way longer than the lecture time allotted by the college). so many lecturers don't teach math in a way that supports a firm conceptual understanding of the material. part of that is because of time constraints and some of that is because some professors are more research-oriented than lecture-oriented, so they aren't as good conveying it to beginners. obviously this is very nuanced and i don't want to unnecessarily bash other professors. but for ex, my linear algebra course was a joke in college. the lecturer skipped content ("forgot" to post the modules in an online course) and didn't care about explaining the concepts so much as making us do matrix transforms in excel. it didn't foster the same level of intuition that i got from reviewing your videos. thankfully i've basically used your calc 3 lectures and self-study to understand some of linear algebra. enough to grasp the fundamentals behind what i need to know for its applications in compsci (robotics, ai/ml, algorithms, graphics, ... etc). but it'd be nice to have a much firmer understanding of it, to make connections that i wouldn't otherwise find. so basically, i'm really looking forward to your eventual linal series. :) i hope that you appreciate these kinds of comments & that you see this. take care.

One good topic to cover in the "Differential Equations" playlist would be the Laplace Transform - that method is extremely useful for a lot of differential equations, since it temporarily turns differential equations into algebraic equations, and this makes it much easier to solve for the unknown variable. It is even used for a lot of PARTIAL differential equations, so it is definitely a very powerful tool.

I’m also pretty sure (hope) that he is recording the rest of the Differential Equations course, and after that he’ll switch to Linear Algebra with some ‘standard’ schedule, releasing for example 2-3 standard lectures per week.

This is great news! It's pretty wild to think about....but I started back at pre-calc right before covid with plans to complete a degree in Electrical Engineering and I made A's and B's from pre-calc all the way through Calc 3 thanks to you Professor Leonard! That work ethic and focus got me through Diff Eq and Linear Algebra. I've now finished a minor in mathematics and I'm a senior capstone project away from finishing my B.S.E.E! I will always attribute my success to your efforts, to not only deliver complex mathematics in a palatable way, but also with teaching us all HOW to learn complex material. That has been a huge gift, so thank you for all you've done and continue to do!!

you're the only reason that i was able to pass calc 2 & 3 in college (with As, thanks). i've since graduated & took advantage of the foundation you provided me for calc 2 & 3 to pursue a heavily math focused degree. i fondly remember going through your lectures at x2 speed as a supplement to my textbook. i actually didn't attend my professor's lectures very much because your youtube videos were so much more comprehensive (and way longer than the lecture time allotted by the college).
so many lecturers don't teach math in a way that supports a firm conceptual understanding of the material. part of that is because of time constraints and some of that is because some professors are more research-oriented than lecture-oriented, so they aren't as good conveying it to beginners. obviously this is very nuanced and i don't want to unnecessarily bash other professors.
but for ex, my linear algebra course was a joke in college. the lecturer skipped content ("forgot" to post the modules in an online course) and didn't care about explaining the concepts so much as making us do matrix transforms in excel. it didn't foster the same level of intuition that i got from reviewing your videos.
thankfully i've basically used your calc 3 lectures and self-study to understand some of linear algebra. enough to grasp the fundamentals behind what i need to know for its applications in compsci (robotics, ai/ml, algorithms, graphics, ... etc). but it'd be nice to have a much firmer understanding of it, to make connections that i wouldn't otherwise find.
so basically, i'm really looking forward to your eventual linal series. :)
