Interesting video. I've been looking into Mahjong within this series for the last couple of games I've played, but I could never figure it out. Accidentally walked into the Mahjong Substory in Kiwami 2, and now I'm here lmao. Cool tutorial, going to try it out and see if I can make a victory for myself out of it
Dont take anything from your opponent unless its Ron. Form four sets of either straight tiles (ex 4-5-6 of same suit) or three tiles of same number and same suit, plus a pair of anything. Usually the straight is easier to get. Get into the habit of hitting square in case you get a richii, from there it becomes auto play and then pray to RNG gods. When you hit richii, you can see what tiles on the left can make you win - the more number of tiles available, the greater the chance of you winning. Keep scrolling to see what option is best before you decide to confirm richii. Theres a tile efficiency trainer online which helps you get into the habit of knowing which tiles to discard. Straights are easier to form. 1's and 9's are usually thrown away. Thats pretty much it. You can beat any table in Yakuza now.
I swear my RNG on this mode is horrible. The amount of times that I need one good draw to win and then the sweaty AI player at the table gets exactly what they need and Ron's me and I'm set back 12k damn points. An immensely frustrating mode and it's the only thing I need for completion of the entire game. Skill is a factor, sure, but when you can't draw what you need, there's nothing you can do about it but cry about it and start all over. I can't even beat the beginner's table. I've won rounds in it, but there's always one round where the AI wins and has 100 damn Han and washes whatever points I had.
That was kind of the purpose of the video haha but I see you've joined the Discord recently, did everything get figured out? If you need some advice I'll be there to help you further out
Please move your mic from your mouth lol or fix ur eq if you use it. It's so boomy and full of bass I have to turn my speakers up a ton to understand you, then I'm being pummeled with low end.
Feel free to join our Discord in case you need help with Mahjong or have any further questions; discord.gg/EHaNkP2Ex7
Exactly the type of video I need. I understand the basics as well as I can at the moment so I just need to see how others play
Great to hear! If you have any specific questions, feel free to ask them!

Good video, I understand the basics but my luck just doesn't work with me
You can improve on your skill, it'll get better over time. I promise.

I do boost some 90Hz and 160Hz in my EQ but this is literally the first time I hear any complaints about it. I'll look into it.
QUIT.
That's not helpful advice if you want to get better at mahjong 🀄🀄
