Daniel Yee whatever ur making is just and assumption ..Don’t worry even the prosecution is satisfied with the case, the prosecutor even said that as far as the change in govt he said there is no such political intervention during the trial...Delaying in trial is normal in basically every case..the court is not handling one case their are handling thousands..So this actually showed to Us that the judiciary is not being influenced by any political means...Delaying will not change the judgement of the judge..even if najib lose the case their is a chance of Appeal which he is what he is probably going to do.. so don’t get exited now...According to the Prosecution if there is an appeal this case will take at least another 1 year...This is normal procedure for a fair trial and not politically motivated on both PH and PN...U gotta learn more about how the courts work and learn in depth about this case on why they are delays...Im not najib or PN supporter..I just want to clear the misunderstanding that people had with the judiciary and Legal system..

Najib should not be allowed bail in the first place. Anyway his defence team is working towards an appeal in the Appeals Court. The Appeals Court should increase his jail term to the maximum 20 years and simultaneously increase the fine imposed to rm 420 million. This fellow is loaded with stolen money deposite in various parts of the world. HongKong Dubai Taiwan and other places is where his money is dumped.

But, the world was shocked when archie william was wrongly incarcerated and only released after 37 yrs. in a nutshell, the most justice ones can get is from The Almighty. May this case opened up the only truth to the citizens n hopefully details will be released.

So looks like Najib will only go to jail between July to Sept 2021. Not so long.
Najib should not be allowed bail in the first place. Anyway his defence team is working towards an appeal in the Appeals Court. The Appeals Court should increase his jail term to the maximum 20 years and simultaneously increase the fine imposed to rm 420 million. This fellow is loaded with stolen money deposite in various parts of the world. HongKong Dubai Taiwan and other places is where his money is dumped.
He's brave enough to face all the charges on him in court & bravo to this lawyer who not belittle Najib & praised Najib manner in court & compare to our fail accountant MOF ...who got assistances to drop case....talk big but afraid to face allegation in court...
