Yeah I have not been so hyped about a game in a very long time. I am guy closing to my thirties and I have played games all my life so this happening to me even in this age is exciting and kind of surprising. I am a late bloomer to Monster Hunter as World is my true first game. I played a little on my PSP back in the day but World really stuck out to me. I quit it two times before it kicked in and it kicked hard. Now I have 880 hours in it and I have done everything that the game has to to offer. I am ready for Wilds and I cannot wait to jump in when the game launches. When the beta ended I knew that I had to wait for a while but I was so glad we could get a small taste. Like an appetizer just before a really good meal. And to add to that, I am not the only one who is just as excited to get into the game. In this time and age there is quite a lot of things going wrong so you have to take everything that makes you happy. Thank you for making this video and it was a pleasure to go with the process and watch it with you and how you explained your excitement. Happy hunting in Wilds ! For you and for everybody else reading this comment. Life is too short to not to enjoy things so lets remember to do that.

For me the last large hype was World (Rise was good but not as good imo) I’ve been playing this series for now 19 years this year! Which is crazy to think about

I remember seeing Monster Hunter for PS2 in some store here back in the day but was not interested at that time and it did not help for the exposure because most of the games were available only in Japan and for PSP. I had PSP and like I said I remember playing Monster Hunter on PSP but ultimate it felt little clunky compared to games that I played that time like Dark Souls and even Dragons Dogma. Probably reason being the absence of the second stick that made turning the camera quite interesting experience.
Bruh I had the craziest goosebumps when that pause hit and then those drums dropped and I saw capcom and monster hunter ❤ I freakin lost my shit. I felt like it was monster hunter but once I saw capcom... I knew. This moment was so damn badass.

Speer and shield in the expansion would be dope as a new weapon. Im 100% sure theres no new weapon is base wilds. But the expansion can open up to some things on our lists we want -Weapon -Underwater combat or more exploration at least -dragon weapon (unlikely but who knows)
As a long time monster hunter enjoyer, this is the only thing I'm looking forward to in the coming months. It's a good time to be a gamer, but it is a great time to be a hunter!
Ive been rather depressed for most of the year of 2024, and monster hunter wilds has pretty much been the only thing keeping me going because its one of my only passions thats still getting me to feel something other than sadness. And I want to at least be there for it, and see it through
I'm glad you have something to keep your focus on and hopes up! I have a chronic illness so as a kid gaming was the only reason I had to keep going as well but doing this online gaming thing has meant that we can provide a place for others to be excited, make friends and have a great time together
One thing about arkfeld that would be cool is that you can only hunt him once. Sounds crazy but would be so cool, because it would put more pressure on you because once the fight is over you wont see him again nor his theme etc.
Yeah obviously we are all thinking we can hunt him like normal because MH but I do think there’s going to be SOMETHING different with him in some way (maybe just story perhaps)
We survived a year! I hope we get 1 more trailer before the game releases, they still have 1 monster to reveal from the weapon trailers: Switch Axe. The Welcome to Monster Hunter video with Daisy Ridley is 100% a Guild propaganda piece so it very well may have an impact on the Wilds story. These are just monsters I want to see return that I've been wanting since we saw Yian Kut-Ku returning: Kirin/Oroshi Kirin, Najarala, Blangonga, Gypceros, Nerscylla, Seregios, Gore Magala, and Seltas Queen. MH4U is just my favorite MonHun going into Wilds and these are my fave monsters from the game. Plus one from Freedom Unite.
First trailer was also at a playstation state of play. Then it was replayed later. You also keep attributing alot of things from the gamescom dev streams to TGS.
Monster hunter is such a good game for anyone who enjoyed destiny honestly, the combat being so good, lots of secrets to find in the world, lots of builds to make and farming to be done!
I'm surprised people hung onto to Destiny after House of Wolves. That's when I dropped the game. I had just got all the legendaries and they expected me to refarm them.
I'm guessing it's something to do with a break point in the story where we get a new system for the weapons. I'm locking it in for a reasonable guess, for a non reasonable we will be going to space riding on the super mega dragon weapon

And Capcom are doing things I want every dev who is successful to do, creating games like Kunitsu Gami that aren't there to be blockbusters but they're there for devs to have fun and flex their creative bones
Performance was already better on the dev builds when we were playing the beta and have continued to improve since so hopefully you’ll be able to run it by then but if you’re doing pc gaming I would definitely recommend checking how old your overall PC is. We are definitely at a point with pc games releasing where you need to be updating if you haven’t in a while. As someone who is lucky enough to have no performance issues, the game is phenomenal

I only play destiny and monster Hunter crazy that destiny just had it's 10 year and monster Hunter is having it's 20 year I love them both since day 1

i played every single monster hunter title and so far wild is the worst among all of them. performance sucks to the max ruined the gameplay
