- One of the first podcasts I discovered when I was getting into backcountry hunting was Gritty Bowmen. It was a brand-new podcast hosted by Brian Call. It was one of the most impactful shows on both my development as a hunter and the type of hunting I ended up pursuing. Brian played a large role in my fascination with bow-hunting elk in the rut and self-filming. I was not expecting this conversation to get as deep as it did, but I personally took a lot away from it that is very applicable to where I am at in my own journey right now and I hope you can as well.

Jay, thank you for having me on your podcast. I’ve been following your reviews and watching your films for a little more than a year. You’re a breath of fresh air in the outdoor/hunting space. I was honored to be a guest on your show. If you’re interested, I would love to switch hats and interview you on my podcast. Stay gritty 😉
Was my pleasure Brian and it would be an honor to be on your podcast. Name the time and I’m there. 💪
Really enjoyed the episode!!

This answered sooo many questions I've always wanted to know about Brian's path. I'm in a similar point in my life and his story was incredibly relatable.
You and me both bro!
I’m glad you found this story relatable. Good luck on your journey!

Hey Jay, you should come down to the Washington BHA Rendezvous this summer.
I’ll see what I can do. Appreciate the invite n
@@MindfulHunter It's only about a 4.5 hour drive for you. You've got a good following down here I'm sure it would help expand your audience. And as you mentioned in this podcast in person events are under valued.
Is Brian grateful for Snyder making him better?
🤷🏼♂️ is Snyder grateful for Brian’s help blowing up? I think they were very mutually beneficial for each other before it fell apart.
I will always be grateful for Aron. Looking back, it’s impossible for me to see a path to where I am today without his mentorship. I wish him well.
