Can't wait to hear how the hunt goes and a review on how your gear choices worked out. Thanks for another great video and podcast.
Will make sure to do a follow up podcast for sure
Can't wait to hear the details on the hunt
👍
Like the who shoots first answer. A lot of my same thought process. 💪🏻
👍
Great podcast. Very interesting on how much you have to think about what you pack. Can’t wait to see the hunt and hear how it goes
👍
The Argali Absoroka is badass, I have several nights in it. With or without the liner and have used the stove.
For boxers - look at Saxx Quest 2.0 I will wear a pair for the duration of any hunt.
I just booked a BC Goat hunt for this year, so the timing of this podcast was perfect!
👍
Great Gear cast guys.
Thanks Mike!
Hi Jay,
Another great podcast mate.
I am looking into the Leupold 2800 TBR Rangefinder but was wondering if you had any suggestions. Will you be sticking with your RX 1200?
TIA Keep up the great work
1200 is enough for me. I don’t do any crazy long distance stuff
how are you keeping your feet warm with a 50 degree quilt? Are you wear normal socks or do your bring some sort of down booties? Or do your feet just not get cold?
Feet rarely get cold. I’d put my socks on if I had to. When I do deep winter hunts I bring down booties.
Who wears crocs hunting 😂
I take mine religiously! Getting out of your boots at the end of the day is amazing, and they weight less than nothing. That would be my one comfort item over a good coffee mug or a pillow.
100% can come in handy for creek crossings too
