Really enjoyed watching this, great cover!
Please don't take this as criticism, but I feel that it would be even better, if a little boring for the musicians involved, if the strings stop playing say when the Uilleann Pipes stop in the original, I find that would give more space for the vocals to done through and make the rock aspect hit harder, maybe not the effect you want, perhaps a hybrid of the two approaches?
But great work all the same
