It's a bit difficult to follow the floor plan of the house because of all the cutaways. I'd recommend letting the camera walk through fully before you do the broll cuts.
Great video and nice house. However, it's only 5,800 sq ft. BIG DIFFERENCE!!! Hence, price is a bit high for the area.

In addition to the jaw dropping tours that you offer to the world, have you ever considered making videos about how to study for the real estate exam, how to get into luxury real estate, how to make touring videos with luxury homes, etc? I’m currently taking my real estate course, and it’s pretty boring and almost the complete opposite of my personality, so seeing videos of what you did to get through would be very helpful! Just things to think about because it would definitely be helpful for individuals, like me, that are planning on becoming a luxury agent (or agent in general).

For 8 million dollar house shouldn’t there be large enough yard for someone to build a garage that can hold like twenty cars without lifts or a guest house or second pools one heated other not or one fresh water and other salt water or just enough yard to build a amusement area?

It’s a really nice house but with one really annoying thing. The graining on the kitchen doors and panel are not matched. Some people may don’t care but I would be really annoyed every time I see this kitchen..
