Hey Jason. 5/5 1/2. Nice. Like the front elevation. Nice open entry. Spacious dining and wine storage. Like the built in buffet. Cozy family room. Beautiful kitchen with 2 dishwashers. Wine cooler. Like the booth style breakfast nook. Another sitting area/tv room/office. Bathroom. Spacious guest bedrooms and en-suites. 1/2 baths 🙌🏼. Love when every bedroom has its own en-suite. Lovely primary with sliders to the pool. An ad came on as soon as the prop wine glass fell😂. Perfect timing with your silence and just kidding. Wetbar. Beautiful en-suite. 2 showroom closets. Lovely. backyard. Covered lanai. Firepit. Outdoor kitchen. Jason. Unless I missed it while commenting; I didn’t see the laundry room. This 6000+ home is the largest 1-story I’ve seen. Love it. Jason, you got me with that "accidental" wine glass drop 😂😂. I actually gasped for a second. You really got me there 🤣. Now to the property: Does this house (or any of these high-end homes) come with electricity back-up generators? Years ago, I bought a decent newly built home in New York, and I paid over $15,000 to install a generator that can power the entire property. So, I am just wondering if these homes (in Florida) come with built-in generators.

the light fixtures in the kitchen is so nice! The bar stools are different for sure. I also like the colors of the kitchen. The dual tone marble and wood actually looks good. I also love the marble where the water vapor fireplace is. I like the wall cushion in the breakfast room. I’m not a fan of the open office. Seems like it’ll be very distracting. I love how open the bedroom looks. Nice color. I love the lighting in the closet.

I like The 2312 Coral Ridge View drive mansion in Fort Lauderdale living room with the beautiful natural stone wall and water vapor fireplace. I like the natural stone island kitchen. I like the master bedroom and master bathroom. I would add a second floor with a balcony in the mansion.

This is a very nice house. I love the finishings, especially the water vapor fireplace. Cause u don't really ever need a fireplace in Florida, but it's great ambiance. However, for 6,200sqft the house feels a little small

That’s called book matched granite when they slice apiece down the middle and then open it so that you have mirrored images on both sides, expensive to do.
