Uttar Pradesh is 2nd poorest state in India and Tamil Nadu is 2nd richest state in India. So no comparison. Chennai is home for automobile manufacturing, Cinema industry, University hub, Health care system and Lucknow is for nothing. Literacy rate of Chennai is 10 times higher than Lucknow, more clean and well organized than Lucknow. It's a shame how you compare a tier-3city Lucknow with Tier-1 city like Chennai. Just deciding by watching a single RUclips video, first visit Chennai then talk. Tamil Nadu is one of the top tourist destinations and attracts many foreigners and Uttar Pradesh is famous for it's fith, poor and undevelopement.
