- okay impulsively chopping your hair off after getting out of a depressive episode probably isn't the smartest nor healthiest idea, but MF IT WORKED. Sometimes you just need that change hehe.
I've been wanting to fix my lifestyle for a while now from literally GROUND ZERO and I'm determined to succeed. Will it happen over night? Absolutely not. Have I attempted to do this a million times before and failed every time? YES. But this process could take weeks or, more likely, months! If you find yourself on the same boat as me, please be patient with yourself and take small steps. I'm gonna do my best to talk more about my struggles with self discipline and consistency, but for now, enjoy this fun, raw, mess of a vlog :)
