Feels like a puzzle with certain pieces that very clearly aren't there, but still leaves an awesome picture.
Yeah definitely. Mike has a great story behind this. They were happy with it but something felt off, but has he was leaving the studio, an idea smacked him in the head and that's what became of Faint.

This is so cathartic. It's been five years since Chester passed. And hearing all this stuff from way back then. It's like it's a release valve to all that pent up sadness and loss.

Wow faint is still a decent banger in the demo version. Kinda sad the only Chester part we here is a slight scream near the end. Interesting to hear what the rapping part could've been. Very different from what we got!

When I listen to this, I feel like there is something bittersweet about it. Nothing too good, nothing too bad. When I'm in my lows, it reminds me of the good that is ahead of me, and when it's full of joy, I do not have expectations of what is to follow.
