Or right after I have complied the techy thing I would undergo training and start working for them? Please give me advice if you have some friends who may have employed with this company. I have a question teach about skyeng, I got the job offer after passing my interview however i got stuck with the technical inspection, with ookla speed test everything is okay but when i went through the process of their inspection the ping results are different and sadly it didn't meet their minimum. They require less than 300 ping but mine showed 304😭. Apparently, I can't proceed unless I get the minimum at least. Can you suggest a better internet service provider teach? Thank you and God bless always😊
Unfortunately, the internet provider depends on your location. Let's say for my location Globe fibr and Sky Fiber are awesome providers but PLDT and Converge are terrible. For the LTE (pocket wifi or prepaid wifi), Smart is great here but Globe is verrrrry unstable. You may ask around so you'd know which one is the best in your area :)

I hate the companies I have applied with that want you to watch example videos and the "teacher" talks in this squeaky high-pitched voice, like they're talking to a dog or something. Then giving "air" high fives after the child repeats something okay (like the word dog, maybe). I never, ever taught my young students like this in real life; why should I do so online?
It all depends on your sincerity when you applaud a student... it has to be genuine, as if you are speaking to a child/adult you truly praise. Some of the sample videos are so fake that it makes your body cringe because you feel that the teacher just does it for the sake of it. Though, when praises are done effectively, it will strengthen your bond with the student and it would be an effective way to motivate them.

Just be ready to be turned down by Skyeng or Allright for no reason whatsoever.... I don't know who they are lookig for, really... Oxford and Cambridge lecturers maybe...

Just don't let this bring you down anyway, there could be far better companies for you and your talents. Try Novakid, it's nice there :) I turned it down though due to the 20 hour requirement.

You may get TESOL from International Open Academy, that's where I got mine. Or World TESOL Academy
