I’ve been actively teaching but only getting sudden classes (and many repeat students). But no booked students and I’m so frustrated and feeling defeated. How do I get people to take booked classes when they know they can just take sudden classes

I am just using a green screen tapos pinapalitan ko lang ang background. And yes, pwedeng diskarte yung green screen sa Zoom :) tapos edit mo nalang after recording.

You may use a mobile phone provided the quality is not poor. I suggest making sure you have good lighting (use the sunlight too hehe) and good recording environment
Pretty much the same as students have different personalities, You cant say that Chinese students are rude or vice versa. Though in my experience there are LESS rude students from Taiwan and Japan.

Good day, I have been watching all of your videos and it has helped with my application process. Thank you. I have a question regarding my self-introduction. I recently completed my demo lesson and the native camp instructor told me that I passed and I should do my self-introduction and he will send me the script. How do I go about doing that? As my application process is taking me back to the Demo Lesson stage and it still says Retake even though the Native Camp instructor told me I passed. Do I have to retake the demo and do the introduction in the demo lesson? Your assistance is greatly appreciated

It was also stated that it has to be "different" from the first person perspective intro. I was wondering how "different" should it be. Am I supposed to create a completely different one or just do paraphrases and change pronouns?

You have to record using a green screen on your background and have an editing software to put the background. The easier way is to record a video using ZOOM.

Hello Jerake, usually we are asked to keep it to 20mb file, 1 minute only :) it has to be straightforward yet lively and genuine. Though, some companies, like Engoo, want it simple with no effects and music.
Hello teacher Karen. Nakapasa na po ako sa demo and final quiz. First time ko po nag apply and luckily, I passed. Hindi po ba nila ako tatanggapin since wala naman po akong experience in ESL? But I do have a formal teaching experience po for 2 years.
kailangan mo din siya isetup ng maayos sa Google Chrome mo and sa device mo, ang tools kasi ng NC is web-based lang e kaya minsan di gumagana ang plug-ins lalo kapag di nasetup ng maayos :)
@@TeachaKaren hello teach. Pano kaya ito e set up teach? Kasi gumana naman sya sa Google meet, zoom, messenger at Skype. Akala ko gagana sya nung nag system check kami. Nag take 2 tuloy kami kasi narinig yung manok. Buti nalang naiahun sa take 2 kasi nanahimik na yung manok around 11 AM. Pero problema parin kasi sa demo baka wala ng 2nd chance kung maingayan sila sa background 😢

Ay no po, kasi bawal po magshare ng pics ng ibang students baka po magkalawsuit lalo kung bata. Pictures lang sana na wala yung previous students mo :) or pictures mo while teaching :)
Oh yes! That's why this is the greatest investment in my work from home career hihihi imagine a 55k laptop lasting for 5-8 years and not slowing down one bit hihih
Kailan po nagu-upload ng introduction video sa Native Camp? Tapos na po ako sa lahat ng steps but I was not asked to upload a video. Isang Id/profile picture lang po ang pina-upload.
You have to explore the Native Camp website and upload your teacher's profile. Have that approved and your can start teaching. Do not rely on instructions just given to you by the admin

Unfortunately there's a possibility that you did not pass the final evaluation with the Japanese admins that's why it says for retake

Yes you can! Just go to the ACCOUNT TAB and click "open video recorder" or "upload pre-recorded video" (just scroll down)

Yes, those involve different approvals, so better to have your video approved before hand. You can't teach if that isn't approved.

No :( they pay their teachas through PNB or BPI only.

You have to record using a green screen on your background and have an editing software to put the background. The easier way is to record a video using ZOOM.

Hello Jerake, usually we are asked to keep it to 20mb file, 1 minute only :) it has to be straightforward yet lively and genuine. Though, some companies, like Engoo, want it simple with no effects and music.

Hello teacher Karen. Nakapasa na po ako sa demo and final quiz. First time ko po nag apply and luckily, I passed. Hindi po ba nila ako tatanggapin since wala naman po akong experience in ESL? But I do have a formal teaching experience po for 2 years.

kailangan mo din siya isetup ng maayos sa Google Chrome mo and sa device mo, ang tools kasi ng NC is web-based lang e kaya minsan di gumagana ang plug-ins lalo kapag di nasetup ng maayos :)
@@TeachaKaren hello teach. Pano kaya ito e set up teach? Kasi gumana naman sya sa Google meet, zoom, messenger at Skype. Akala ko gagana sya nung nag system check kami. Nag take 2 tuloy kami kasi narinig yung manok. Buti nalang naiahun sa take 2 kasi nanahimik na yung manok around 11 AM. Pero problema parin kasi sa demo baka wala ng 2nd chance kung maingayan sila sa background 😢

Unfortunately we do not have the option to refuse advanced classes. There will always be instances when you get to encounter proficient students.

Ay no po, kasi bawal po magshare ng pics ng ibang students baka po magkalawsuit lalo kung bata. Pictures lang sana na wala yung previous students mo :) or pictures mo while teaching :)

Yes you can! You account can also be activated but I discourage taking classes without a bank account... this is to prevent problems with pay
Kailan po nagu-upload ng introduction video sa Native Camp? Tapos na po ako sa lahat ng steps but I was not asked to upload a video. Isang Id/profile picture lang po ang pina-upload.
You have to explore the Native Camp website and upload your teacher's profile. Have that approved and your can start teaching. Do not rely on instructions just given to you by the admin
