Veena Chechy, if you boil potatoes the way you do now the potatoes will retain more water inside it. Instead, steam the potatoes - put water in the cooker, place a stand and place the washed potatoes on a plate and steam it for 4 whistles on slow flame and let the weight release on its own. The potatoes wont hold water and cutlets wont have mushy potatoes.

Veena Chechy, if you boil potatoes the way you do now the potatoes will retain more water inside it. Instead, steam the potatoes - put water in the cooker, place a stand and place the washed potatoes on a plate and steam it for 4 whistles on slow flame and let the weight release on its own. The potatoes wont hold water and cutlets wont have mushy potatoes.
