How to Make Easy Vegetable Cutlet
Big onion - 1 Cup (Finely chopped)
BEANS - 1/2 Cup (Finely chopped)
Carrot - 1/2 Cup (Finely chopped)
ginger - 11/2 tbs (Finely chopped)
green chillies - 2 - 4 nos
Potato - 4 nos
Refined oil - 11/2 tbs
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt( according to taste )
Pepper powder- 1/2 - 1 tsp
Garam Masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves
Cornflour- 3/4 Cup
Bread crumbs- 2 Cups
Refined oil- ( For Frying )

Bye the way can we keep the bread powder for later use for long time in freezer? Most of the time we throw bread after expiry date.
