i'm so lucky i saw the 4 original members in 2006. it was rare but they sounded good. after there set was over i went backstage and saw cindy terry and max walking out. 2 mins later Dawn comes out with tissue in her hand and she was wiping her eyes. something happened back there. i guess this is the result.
Max, Dawn. Terry and Cindy need to sit down and iron their differences out. Together, they couldn't be touched. They are all fucking up the brand. As Berry Gordy always told his wayward entertainers "Better to be a part of something than to have all of nothing." Get it together, ladies!
This is an insult to the original line-up, I know Maxine wants to continue, but En Vogue already had their good run in the music business, she should leave it at that. Let us keep the memory of a triumphant En Vogue... not this sad washed up spectacle!

The music industry ripped En Vogue off! It also ruined a great group. Imagine selling a 3 million copies of your album and only getting a $100,000 and then having to pay taxes and support your family and lifestyle on that much money for three years or longer. Not cool, but that's what happened. It does not get you until you see someone less successful with more money. EX: Anyone ever heard of any of P Diddy's artists getting rich? I thought not! Where are they? Dead or Broke. Think about it.
indeed, I cant get my head around this crazy lineup, why cant ev put their differences aside like swv did and put out another album, god swv is ghetto as hell and ev are more sophisticated, you would of thought they could keep it together.

Dawn played Max to the Max...because she has always been trying to cause friction in that group because she wanted that solo career so bad...and she blamed everyone from Sylvia Rhone for breaking the group up to Cindy and Terry making bad business decisions. I am so done with those two and Max was my favorite of all of them although I liked them all, but I couldn't believe Max could be deceived like that. Terry has always been devoted to the group, accept when she did her solo.
as a true ENVOGUE fan......this was a slap in our face.....yall grown ass women.....envogue is bigger then dawn max terry and cindy.....u guys taught me 4 part harmonery i spend a whole day singing the born too sing cd 4 times in each part.....i can pick out all 4 of ur voices in anything...........i am sososo upset for this day cause i am now........not a fan.....my heart is broken in so ways cause u grown women.....cant see ur fans anymore and maybe u never have...money takes my place..smmfh

I would love to see the group get back together and you have to remember this is a business and when your money is played it will bring serious distrust Dawn protesting that the group was getting played and they were as far as I see it. But this was the past and there are some other personal issues that I see with these women (Original Envogue) I see don't nothing wrong with wanting a fair piece of the pie and If is meant to be the reunion will happen they will just have to see it through.
I love Ev Vogue, and I ain't mad at Max for working. The original members had a blend that was magic and perfect for what it was. They probably will always sound that way whenever they get together and sing, but there's so much more to a group than their voices. I pray that things work out fine for whom it may concern.

Something is not clean in the water and as much as I love EnVogue, if any member is not happy with their current situation; financially and/or management wise, then it's time to part ways. It's not the first time it's happened in this group, but, it also happened in other groups as well.
