Hello Mr. Kopanski. My name is Jose from San Diego, California. I’m 56 years old and been playing for about 10 years. I stumbled across your videos about a month ago and loved your honesty. I immediately went back to your first video roughly about 5 years ago and watched every single one. In most of your videos you keep saying make your swing yours. I took that to heart and started practicing as you indicated. I’m one of those players that have pretty much every training aid available just to be disappointed and discouraged. I religiously follow your methods and I’m amazed of the progress. My alignment is way better but most of all, I played yesterday and for the first time in 10 years I played PAIN FREE. I played 18 holes and couldn’t believe that my body, specially my back was pain free. By using all the smaller muscles versus the bigger muscles made such a huge difference. I just wanted to say THANK YOU for your dedication, entertaining videos and most of all for showing me that golf can be fun again. Thanks again, fan and follower for life. I no longer fine myself watching any other videos but yours.

@@joseheredia7126 Hi Jose my friend, yes you’ve hit the nail on the head 👍 it’s all about becoming the best version of yourself and finding your own swing, the swing that fits YOU! Save yourself $ on training aids and with feet together get your hands, arms and wrists firing! Then gradually introduce some some weight transference and allow the hand and arm swing, the swinging motion, to pull the body into the correct position! AND remain injury free! Many golfers find themselves unknowingly fighting with complicated swing mechanics, they don’t need to! Thanks so much for your great feedback it makes it all worth it 👍 Go get those birdies 🔥⛳️ Cheers, Lee

Another great video Lee! Keeping it simple without having sponsors products thrust at you, makes people realise you do it for the love of the game. And to encourage us to be become better players. All in laymans terms. Keep it going!!!

Lee, just watched this video (my first of yours) and love the carefree nature of the swing. I’m confused as to what generates the movement. You talk about arms, hands shoulders but later the feet and weight transfer/pressure. The backswing then the downswing. I’d love to play golf like this! Thanks for sharing your knowledge.

If you have the club on target at the top and not laid off, you don't have to worry about weight transfer etc. Many ways to swing from here as well but this is how I believe he is going about it.
The physics of the club when laid off want to push you up and backwards.
When you're on target physics will push you to the lead side. Lower body will go but upper body stays with the club. You can overdo this
His note on starting slow and gaining speed is good because this will push you over enough then when the club is more upright and the forces aren't as prevalent you are adding some effortless speed before releasing the club.
If you're getting steep or over the top look at trail shoulder maybe it's not working well. Let it help smoothly bring the club down in transition if you aren't doing naturally. It should work better the rest of the swing if it just starts more down rather than toward the ball.
Just some extra info to make the swing easier and reaffirm what you're trying to do. Impact is basically off the trail hip no need to ever try to get hands back to center of you body & shoulders will be fairly square at impact just naturally tilted.
Hope this somewhat helps good luck.

@@woodenclogs5830 Hi my friend, the hands and arms first and the body follows! The more aggressive the hand and arm swing then the more active the body becomes to support this motion! For example, many golfers misinterpret this and believe that the hips start the downswing when in fact that’s just a natural reaction to the hand and arm motion. Start by hitting shots with feet together and learn to get your hands, arms and wrists firing. Then you can widen your stance and gradually introduce some simple weight transference from foot to foot. Everything has to be relaxed! Allow the hand and arm swing to pull the body into position, don’t fight it just let it go until your swing sequence becomes one and the hands, arms and body work together! Go find your swing, the swing that fits YOU buddy 😊👍 Cheers, Lee

@@LeeKopanskiGolfswingzone Thanks Lee for the clarity here….i get it! I just tried it at the nearby range and it worked great. The ball went far and straight and the weight transfer just happened. Beautiful!🇨🇦

Brilliant content Lee. Thanks so much for the effort. Arms lead and body follows......shocker! With six children I know you are not the boss mate. Don't be cheap and let Hugo have your driver. Your children are awesome. Cheers!
