@@sambillings1328 there could be several reasons for the issue you're facing. Please check the following points:
1. Ensure that the email is set as the default connection, as shown in this screenshot: prnt.sc/89zPYBlpqfDH.
2. Verify that your forms are configured to send emails from the setup email address (From Email) within the form settings.
3. Confirm that the email address is set as the site administrator, as demonstrated here: prnt.sc/3JLZwuZwxhIf.

As an admin how can I do this for my users?
Could you please share a bit more context regarding the admin you are referring? So that I can take a deeper look into it.
@Ruman_Ahmed_ I have the admin email for the whole gmail workspace .Do I have to login with every individual to get client id and client secret? Or I can do it form my admin email ,one more question, how can I get the issuer?
@@AhmedMohamed-km1sw you can get the client id and client secret from both accounts. The email will send from the setup account accordingly.
