I have lived in Suffolk for 3 years. I agree, Downtown is not in the best shape, but It seems like it’s slowly getting there.

Do you railfan at harbor park?
I rarely go over to Norfolk. If I’m not mistaken I did get a video of a hopper train there, either 2022 or 2021
