2016-2022 Honda HR-V Transmission Fluid Change CVT Drain & Refill

A quick outline on how to do this job by yourself in minutes. This will work for all 2wd and awd models with a cvt transmission. This is a 30k mile maintenance item.

Hello! Quick question: do you know if the car doesn't have to be level to do this job?

In general, you should get it as level as possible to help with draining and filling properly. Being slightly off shouldn't make a significant difference.
