How To Fix You Cannot Place Call If You're Already On Another Call WhatsApp

Let's show you how to fix the WhatsApp error message "You cannot place call if you're already on another call".
In this video, I walk you through the steps of how to fix the problem of WhatsApp thinking you're on another call already when you try to make a call. WhatsApp only allows one call at a time but the app thinks you're trying to make 2 calls then you need to reset the app. You can do this on an Apple or Android device. In the video, I show you how to do it on an iPhone where you go to your phone Settings, General, iPhone storage, and then WhatsApp. Click on it and then select Offload Data. Once it's offloaded you will need to reinstall the app.
On an Android phone, you go to your phone Settings, scroll down to Apps and then find WhatsApp. Click on Uninstall but click on the option to save the app data. Then Reinstall the app.

I’m on a shared WhatsApp number, but they don’t use WhatsApp. If I reinstall WhatsApp, does it send a message to the number of my WhatsApp? Do they have to put the number back in? Would I lose my WhatsApp altogether since it’s his number on his cell?

Reinstalling WhatsApp should not send a message to the shared number or affect it directly. However, if it’s a shared account, 📌make sure the number is still accessible and not linked to another device. Reinstalling shouldn’t make you lose your WhatsApp account as long as you use the same number to set it up again. 😊
