How To Fix Whatsapp Call Not Ringing On iPhone

Let's show you how to fix the problem when Whatsapp is not ringing and your iPhone.
In this video, I walk you through the steps to fix when your WhatsApp call is not ringing. First, go to Settings and then go to Whatsapp. Under Notifications ensure that Allow Notifications is on. Next, under Settings, General go to Background App Refresh and ensure that Wifi and Cellular Data is on. Last, go to Settings, General, Reset and reset the network settings.

Me too, (Iphone 11) my sounds work on everything but not on WhatsApp when somebody calls. If I have the App open, it works but when not, it’s silent and I miss calls, also notification for incoming text.

Check Silent Mode. Look at the switch on the left side of your phone, usually near the volume keys. If the switch is pushed away from your screen and showing an orange color strip, you have Silent Mode on.
