  • Learn how to make these super easy Christmas characters from your Chocolate Orange eggs. In this tutorial we make Santa Clause its excellent for NEW bakers, they are FAST and EASY to make, I use very basic tools that most Hobby bakers will have and simple shapes to get the desired effect!
    From how to glue the fondant to the chocolate, how to apply it easily to the simple decorations added afterwards.

    I know this might be a stupid question but how would you package these? There only for family as I’m only a hobby baker. On to my 4th one now. Thanks so much xxx

      Not a stupid question at all, some bakers purchase clear see through small boxes from cake decorating supply stores BUT if your only making them for family it would be more cost effective to wrap them up in cellophane after placing it on a small Cake Card ( these are not expensive and food safe) with a nice ribbon on top x
