Sota instruments bio tuner with the gel pads that you use for tens units are an absolute God send for the back and sore joints. It cleared up my knee pain in a few uses.
Nina, the way you mess with your husband is cracking me up! Mine does the EXACT same thing in an airport...on high alert, like he's on a top secret mission. I mean, he was a Sargeant, but it's really unnecessary in retirement and on vacation 😂
We're going to Italy in September, so I'm teaching him breathing exercises in advance😂
Anyway, thanks for the vlog. It was beautiful, and thanks for our hubby's love and protection. They just care about us having a good time and being safe. That's a blessing some people never have in a lifetime😊❤

How do maintain your weight during vacation?!
It is really really hard. But I have my main full meal in the am and I eat whatever I want at that time. Then I just taper down heavily. 🌹
