No. Poundo already have salt in it. Taste it after making and see but you can add few drop of oil to further smoothen it and not make it stick much

You have to take out hot water from the pot and put aside ... Continuously turn it and add the hot water. Cover it for a moment and open it to stir once again. It will be soft and stretchy
