  • It's a relatively simple morning bread.
    There's a process of hand-mixing.
    Compared to hand kneading for 15 to 20 minutes, you can almost make it without kneading.^^
    It can be rough compared to the hard-working morning bread.
    It also has its own charm.
    I put it in a warm indoor room when it ferments.
    Please note that it may ferment faster because it is summer now. :)
    Square Frame (20x20)
    300g of strong flour
    3g of salt
    25g of butter
    Instant Driest5g
    25g of sugar
    1 egg
    140g of milk
    ▶ Recipe
    1. Add sugar, salt, and yeast to strong ingredients and mix.
    2. Add eggs and milk and mix.
    3. When it becomes a lump, add soft butter and let it absorb.
    4. Ferment by forming a round shape.
    5. Fold the dough all over.
    6. Re-shape and ferment.
    7. Remove the gas with your hands and divide it into 9 parts.
    I'll let you rest for 15 minutes.
    8. Pan the melted butter into a mold and ferment it.
    9. Bake for 18-20 minutes at 170-180 degrees in the oven.
    10. Apply melted butter in a hot state.
