Cartel exist not only in crafting, same logic goes with every Domaine in the game. Theres always someone(s) doing things in an more efficient manner than you, which reduces your benefit because the competition is "unfair". But that does not mean you cannot make any profit out of it. Pp can clr dungeons faster, transport more stuff with mammoth grp and armored protection group, craft with more bonus in deep BZ and sell them out in cities cheaper...... You as a solo player/ beginner still can makes some money (
Just find what really is interesting for you, keep doing it, look after info everytime everywhere, combine those with your own exp throughout time, you will naturally become pro in your domaine. Then with all that knowledge you may become valuable for a guild that you can join. Then you can be part of the cartel and become more advanced, see thats how to become one of "them".

I thought about playing this game but the forced PVP stuff kinda takes me out of it.
And all 3 were useless xD
You got 25% return rate because you also craft arcane, cursed etc. and they add global return rate bonuses for that mage tower tree maybe?
Do the % bonuses change over time for the diffrent towns?
No. But sometimes there are events that give you 10% bonuses (everywhere, in every town)
What about the fees? u haven't talked about that.
If you need me i will be watching all of these guides in a row so i can play for 2 hours and go to bed lol
All jokes aside though I love this game so much specifically for the crafting and massive trees of items you can make. Same reason I like new world
