Wow. I am shocked that the government has not taken action to protect their people. The history of the toxicity of viscose is long documented. That the factory has no training or PPE to protect their workers is heartbreaking.
I'm just learning about this. Why isn't this common knowledge? It's easy enough to avoid vicose/rayon but I'm learning about acrylic and other frankenfibers. I hope over the next year to stop buying frankenfibers and attemps to use/wear only natural fibers...
