    Very nice, really enjoyed watching this dish being made. Been thinking of adding a fish curry to my menu but as the dishes are reheated I need a very firm fish. I think monkfish works well but its cost means little profit or selling for £10+ per dish. Have you ever used swordfish or tuna in an Indian recipe?
