I’ve been saying this for months too! People should just be patient and make content on whatever they can. There’s good stuff coming out that isn’t just Switch 2 news. Also, the background music was a bit too loud (at least on mobile) but was super hype, can’t wait for Xenoblade X to be ported over!
Nintendo really dropped the ball with releasing it around the holiday season. They will still make a lot of initial sales, but they missed a huge opportunity to profit off of parents getting their kids a new switch for Christmas!
Not necessarily. There’s always next year for holiday season, plus it’s better for the real fans if they drop it in Q1 because it’ll be a lot easier to get. Also the last thing we need is a hall baked new switch because they rushed it for the holidays.
When has nintendo done a console version 2? N64 2? GameCube 2? Wii 2? They're like unique eevee evolutions not just same same but different (ps12345) I'm just saying I want another BIG shakeup from nintendo. Nintendo phone! Nintendo bodysuit! New controllers! New innovation!
I agree with you but the Switch is just too much of a disruptor to just throw it away and try something completely different. I mean it didn’t just sell incredibly will and is literally on track to beat the PS2 as the highest selling console of all time. It also laid the groundwork for all there’s other imitators like the Steamdeck and ROG Ally X!
@odysseasselinas1660 the only problem with that is that the Wii U and the switch are more of a pair, but also the switch is just selling way too well. It’s hard to ignore that and i think the stockholders will let Nintendo know that also lol.
@TheCollective1 You're right about both of these things, but you also have to consider how badly they wii u sold. I think the reason why we haven't gotten a reveal yet is because they are afraid of the great expectations for the switch 2 .

They change things up a bit but follow the previous generation
