    I have a few fin watch straps as well and I would highly recommend these if you have a nice piece. Its icing on the cake and worth the premium price indeed. Its rugged and soft, you cant ask for much more.

    I'm thinking that shark mesh would look proper retro on my Turtle , cheers 👍👍

      Yes indeed, a Turtle would be a good pairing for that!

    good stuff. I feel as you should have made a video exclusively for the Fin straps as it doesn't do them justice side by side with the other straps on there. just got two ordered today. one for my Omega prestige and the other for my Sinn u1 so really excited. keep up the good work!

      Thanks Amit - yeah I did think about doing a separate but my spare one and other commitments dictated otherwise at the time. I guess it may have helped to contrast it with a lesser product if anything. Cheers, Ivan.

    Thanks very much Ivan, A nice selection indeed. I really like that blue strap...would look very well on my blue dialed Invicta 22019.

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  6 лет назад

      Yeah and I was tempted to pair it with my Invicta 9094 actually :)

      Why not go for it. Throw in a quick wrist view of the result in your next video.

      I might just do that, thanks for the suggestion :)

    Hey Ivan, the Invicta looks great on that horween strap, and it's a nice way to dress up an inexpensive watch!! Thanks for the review:)

      Thanks Derek - It's a great strap but felt weird putting it on a watch that's worth less than it...

    The Finn Straps are very nice! Check out Vintager straps , guy named Micah makes them here in the US he is very good also! I’ve got 3 of his straps and am very happy with the results , all made to my wrist size which is nice. $155 to $175

      Perth WAtch I have Horween leathers and Derby English Tan coming in, it is a 23mm for my Citizen Promaster Say Eco drive.

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  6 лет назад +1

      What can I say, great choices! :)
      And another benefit of made to order being that they can do the odd sizes like 23mm, usually very hard to find pre-made!

      Perth WAtch the mid range ones i really liked - was it £69. Expensive but hand made and really looks good on the Invicta! ;)

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  6 лет назад

      Yeah the £69 one is more palatable (sorry not €), and you can choose what leather it's made from too :)

    How do you resize a shark mesh strap?

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  6 лет назад +1

      This particular shark mesh has lengths with screw links you can remove (take a look at the product page)... others have a sliding-type of click lock (eg. My Guanqin "Nomos"). In this case it was still too long for after removing all links, so I had to take off a couple of rows of mesh with a Dremel grinder!

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  6 лет назад

      Good question - actually for this mesh strap you can cut through the last row of rings and remove them right off, the adjacent row (now the last row) is untouched. Hope that's clear?

    The Fin Watch straps are very nice, but the prices are unrealistic, even silly, for any but the very wealthy.

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  6 лет назад

      Thanks for that James! Indeed the price is high... felt strange putting it on a watch of less value too! Although it does seem that quite a few viewers have experienced the straps and there is also another company in US making luxury straps for around the same prices.

    • @amitstern6886
      @amitstern6886 5 лет назад

      50 euros is for wealthy people? wow...

    • @PerthWAtch
      @PerthWAtch  5 лет назад

      I think most people who are watching my videos can feasibly afford 50 euros, but taking a bit of perspective, watches as a whole are arguably a thing that is not absolutely needed, it's a bonus or a luxury for many. Straps for changeover are therefore doubly a luxury as they are even less necessary. Taking this into account 50 euros will be considered exorbitant for many.

      Actually I think the focusing job on the first 2 minutes was pretty crappy... I'm waiting for someone to tell me to stick to my day job, or some similar effect :D
