We will take a look at the interior as well as the exterior of this 2016 Ford Escape SE. This specific Ford Escape is equipped with the chrome package giving it a very elegant and sporty look.
The engine is the 1.6L 4 cylinder Ecoboost with 178HP
Also available in the 2.0L Ecoboost giving it 240HP and 270 lbs torque.
Color: Shadow Black
Interior: Charcoal Black, partial leather seats.

Those are not HID headlights.
I'm really inlove with the Ford Escape which has a Chrome Package. Looks like very elegant. I'm planning to get a 2015 Escape this month. Nice review Mike!

In your Edge video we had a bit of a discussion about whether it had HID headlights or not... But this Escape CLEARLY does not have HIDs. They aren't even optional on the SE.

My Volvo V60 has this engine. Powerful and Economical! Also after 2 previous Volvos with active bending Xenons, this has standard Halogens. I have no complaint, they light up excellently, normally and in dark country roads. They're also attractive at the front of the car. Makes me wonder if Xenons are a bit of a catchpenny, even if they do look swish!?

Dart is nice... I have one and its small for me being over 6 feet tall I'm upgrading to an escape
Dodge dart is a joke slow and unreliable

this is my car and i adore it
I love this car I wish my parents can get it since my sister is going to college it will be the perfect size
And with the same specs just with sync 3 I love the chrome pack :D

and just so you know too you also helped with my Husband getting his 2016 Blue Fusion SE with all his upgrades you showed us the opportunity of the different kinds an what it all is .. going in knowing is a great thing .. lol but the only thing is with being a FORD family is his car is GATOR BLUE :( and I HAVE MY ESCAPE IN RUBY RED :) ROLL TIDE. 🐘 THATS IS WHAT THE GAME CHANGER IS 😊

The lights are halogen not HID's
+Miguel Fernandez I was just going to say this. I believe HID is only available on Titanium with a package upgrade.
I just bought a 2016 Ford escape, having had great luck with Ford's in the past, but this one seems to have trouble with stability and motion control - it rocks and wobbles easily and I think could roll over easily. I wish I hadn't bought this Ford escape I don't feel safe when I drive it
My brother has this car and I drove it plenty and umm I never had it rock at all even had to turn fast and it took it great. What did you do something may be broken 😳😳☹️☹️
Definitely not HID headlights. the word u were looking for is Halogen headlights.

+eyeswideopen23 That is because the Escape has the base equipment package of the SE trim level, you can get the 8 inch infotainement system as well :)

nice a brand new car that still uses shitty halogen headlamps. my 2001 BMW has xenon headlamps.
I just got one with 120,000 miles. Hopes it lasts me a good while
