I met you two during your time in the beyond meat lab. i just remember turning a corner and seeing you two standing there with your team. as UNEXPECTED as this was, i introduced myself as best i could under this surprise, and you two were very nice and noticeably curious about what we do at beyond. thanks for being kind! and I’m looking forward to watching our episode!!

Rhett's whole idea behind just being satisfied with how he feels about something he's done, and that being enough, can really help anyone. We all need to look for validation less from others and more from ourselves
I live for talks like this. The technical aspects of how many hands are working to get things off the ground. The phone calls, the pitches, the behind the scenes of the bts. And then the minds working out questions and ideas to try. Flipping awesome!

It must be helpful to have someone else around who has been through literally all of it with you. They definitely are able to fill in each other's blanks, which is great.

Just watched the first episode last night. I can say I thoroughly enjoyed it. Keep it up. You guys have always been killing it with the content.
I feel like I’m the ideal demographic for this show. Love food and many food network shows along with GMM and comedians in general. For this reason, I really enjoyed the 1st episode for a nice balance of the two. Watched with a non GMM fan and they too enjoyed the show.
The first thing I thought about when you talked about this show was The Backup Plan, even though I forgot what it was called. I remember at the time not knowing your background thinking y’all would be great host for a TV show with that vibe! Food Network has always been a big part of my life with my family. Most of what we watched together was Food Network stuff, so it was fun to show them those RUclips guys I like have a Food Network show! We’ve had a lot of fun watching them together.
I don't think there will be much hate for the show. Most people who like GMM also like food. & those type of fun food network shows and it's a good idea.
I’m so proud of you guys and instantly got the discovery app since we haven’t had cable for over a decade now. But I’ll go anywhere you two go, and know I’m gonna enjoy myself the whole time. Have loved both episodes and can’t wait for the rest! ❤️❤️

I’ve been watching y’all since 2008-and I remember being SO excited when you landed Commercial Kings. that being said, I’ve seen 2 episodes and I REALLY like this show so far. I think as you get more comfortable-you’re gonna catch the groove and it has SUCH potential to be an awesome show. ♥️♥️
I'm absolutely loving Inside Eats personally, as an avid watcher of food network programming and various food shows, AND being a Mythical Beast, it's a great mix of my favorite things! I hope that the team is proud of this show and what they've done here, it's so good and so much fun. I also love hearing all these technical talks about creating deals between companies, compromise and just hearing the inside scoop. Can't wait for more Inside Eats episodes, hoping for season two!
I think the way you talked about the 1 bad review or 1 bad comment on what you do stands out more than the good, really hit home with me. I am a newer manager in my job, and our members get to send in reviews. The reviews that are not so good, stand out 100x more than the tons of good ones. Some of my members just don't like me because they don't like change, so they never got to like me. It was reassuring to hear someone else talk about this, but I can't not read the reviews. 🙂
My mom is a big fan of food network and she's quite familiar with you guys through me. I sat and watched the first two episodes with her and she was hooked. The most I've seen her laugh from a show in a long time. It's funny that the one Chipotle scene was the first scene shot, cause that was my favorite part of the whole episode. Can't wait for the next episode to come out!
My husband liked it, and he hates everything. It’s a fun show!

haven't been a consistent viewer since around 2017, but i go on spurts of bingeing all of the unwatched videos every few months. so i dont catch EVERY episode of gmm or ear biscuits, especially when it comes out, but seeing the "boopity boop boop boopity boop boop boop" research noise really hit me with a nostalgia wave

Watched episode 1 with my mum (a non-mythical beast) and she loved it so much that it's now going to be a weekly thing for us to watch for the next month. Slowly introducing her to GMM as well.

This is fascinating, really enjoyed this episode of the podcast. Also, I've watched the first 2 episodes now and really liked them, but overall did not feel like exactly answered the question of the episode.

i just found u guys on youtube like a month ago and i checked out the show specifically cuz u mentioned it. So far saw the Chipotle episode. Its hard for me to say anything cuz i dont watch food network and im new to gmm and your personalities. I did eat a lot of chipotle though in the past lol. tbh and critical it was lackin in chipotle info
either way i think u should be very proud bc youre bringing a new audience to discovery and food network and traditional media is dying. Even David Dobrik who has a huge youtube audience has a dicovery plus show, not that ive seen it.
Also what im noticing is, both of u are equally likeable and bring equally to the table of what u do but rhett seems a lil more sensitive and link seems a lil more self assured.

When Rhett was talking about being afraid of critics, I feel bad for him, especially because I think that if he were to make content outside of the Mythical umbrella of what's allowable or expected content from him or them, he could probably make some quite compelling work. To me, he has certain thought processes and perspectives on things that are often very insightful and he can communicate these thoughts excellently, all while being hilarious, personable and sensitive. I would love to see maybe more experimental or drama/dramedy work from him!
R & L alwaysssssss talk about the music they are listening to or they have found, but they never gift us with their playlists. What does it take to get Link's "DJ" playlist?????
link has posted a few Spotify Playlists. Most recently was a Merle one from their guys trip not too long ago. I think Rhett has said before he just listens and Playlists are too much work.

Commercial Kings was free on some RUclips channel, and I watched the whole thing. That was good 2000’s ish TV. Not trying to be too much, just trying to be itself.

I watched… so many commercials!!!!! I love the concept, I wish it were on something else. They cut the show so many times for the commercials,I had to leave and go to other things.
I haven’t seen the show yet unfortunately (the lift to subscribe to discovery+ is just too much) but I love the idea and I hope to see more from these guys
Are you staying it's hard to subscribe to Discovery+? No it isn't unless you're in a country that doesn't have it. If you're saying it's not worth it then just wait until all the episodes are out watch them and cancel, there's only 4 episodes.

As a Mythical beast that loves food shows this is a perfect marriage. I think I would definitely watch this for the food and the facts behind it, Rhett and Link being a part of it is just a massive bonus because their presenting style just draws you in.
