Thank you so much for your wonderful content. We as Muslims start our day at around 5 AM by praying which makes our spirits so high and refreshed by cleaning before praying
Remembering my dreams every morning becomes a habit since i was a teenager and now i'm 44 😀 i can also interpret my dreams too. Making my bed, drinking a lot of water in an empty stomach, brushing my teeth, drinking my tee and concentrating on my prayers..
This explains, in part, why my own memory started to skyrocket at the age of eighteen. I began reading The Art of Happiness, and boosted my daily gratitude. I began taking yoga and doing breathing exercises. I was already journaling prior to the age of eighteen (quite copiously, actually), but around eighteen I began to develop more sophisticated dialogues in my writing, really drawing out each of my own differing perspectives on whatever was bothering me that day. When I had my fever awakening back in 2016 I had an insight that I needed to start doing everything with the opposite hand that I was used to doing it with, from opening doors to brushing my teeth. I felt a lot of power in that practice, and now I know why. And, of course, I started writing my dreams more when I was eighteen than I ever had before, in large part because I didn't have to go to a soul-sucking child purgatory five days out of the week. Of course, my memory might have improved so dramatically because I was finally free of the horrific stress that was induced by attending school.
This is amazing. Wish I'd seen Jim's videos sooner. 27 years old and 2 brain surgeries in the last 4 years. Looking forward to putting these tips into practice.
Jim you are absolutely amazing I just found you as a result of an ad that came on I watch the entire ad and I never watch these ads I always skip them you are compelling and extremely helpful and I'm already wildly successful and I will take it to a new level because of your brilliance thank you!

I have never really met anyone as interested and motivated in self improvement. Are any of you out there on RUclips? I love learning from Jim, and I honestly feel like I am a better person for listening to his lessons.
Jim, I have followed you for a while and enjoy you and your content. My 8 year old son was listening to this this morning with me and said to me, ‘ He has a good voice.’ Just a matter of fact. And well, I just wanted to share that with you to encourage and thank you for all you do. Thank you Jim.
mostly true, but the body sweats over 1 fl. oz. every night and allowing the bedding to evaporate/dry is healthier. I turn on the ceiling fan for a while with the covers away from the area I slept on, then make my bed 2 hours later. If you don't have a moisture-proof mattress pad it is even more important to air out your mattress. Covers can also retain moisture
Thank you very much Jim Kwik. I'll apply these to myself and will share with my 450 students this semester. I hope I can meet you in person one fine day. Much respect!

Thanks Kiwk!! I’ve been on the mission for the perfect morning routine. I modified yours a bit to fit my needs. Don’t care what they say about your hair style, I dig it. Everyone saying this routine will interfere with there “morning commute” and need “4 hours” really need to stop with the excuses. If you want it that bad, you’ll wake up earlier and get it done. Maybe you cant fit the entire routine in, but you start somewhere. To make a change you have to get out of your comfort zone and drop the bad habits so you can welcome the good habits.
Oh, thanks. I'll be sure to wake up at 4am and go to bed at 9:30-11pm (when I get back from swim practice, eat, settle in, get homework done ect.) And run on what, 5-6 hours of sleep? Join me! It'll be fun I swear
I don't understand this. It's maybe 15 minutes to point 6. Dream Remember and write down 5 minutes, make bed 1 minute, drink water 1-2 minutes, toothbrush 3-4 minutes. And the remaining time for the exercise. The longest in the whole routine is reading and this can also be done at a different time. There are routines that are much more violent and start with 60 minutes of visualization or meditation. People only like to throw themselves away in victim roles and look for excuses why it doesn't work for them and then watch before going to sleep rather 2 hours the game of thrones.
ThatOne Fangirl you’re getting up. You act like he’s asking you to go out in the backyard naked and gyrate on a pole or something and he clearly said if you can’t do it all just take a step or 2 and incorporate it into your own routine. Just stop with the excuses plus I doubt you’re that interesting that your morning routine is the first thing your family members are thinking about.
Now I can confirmed that I have been doing six out of the ten that mentioned in this video. All I have to do is to fulfilling the missing four things. Thank you.
My high school coach told me I had a ugly smile she told me look in mrrior and practice it did affect me for years. I did not want smile. I know tell myself I have a great smile Thank you for your positive information and your story on how you teacher said that negative statement. I believe positive words are good for us. 💟
When someone puts a person down or say horrible things, they are always projecting their own insecurities. Just because your coach said that doesn’t make it true.
Do read for fast review or copy, but do see the video for explaination. 1. Remember your dream 2. Make your bed 3. Drink alot of water 4. Brush your teeth with your opposite hand 5. Deep breathing exercises 6. Brain tea . Make tea 7. Journaling. Focus on gratitude, make goal , plan etc. 8. Hit workout . 3-4 minutess HIT . 9. Brain power smoothies . 10. Daily reading. 20-30 minutes.
These techniques really help the mind n body,i had amazing changes in 3 months confidence grew, concentration got better,so many positives, start small n build up at your pace, godspeed 💙
Hi Jim. Your notice of how affirmation is good is really good!!🙂 Since i got to realize it, I became aware that my mother prayed every morning. She is now 90 years of age, and I'm 60. She continues to thank God, for prolonging her life, to protect her children, grandchildren etc. My own morning routine is to strengthen my core through silent meditation, then I pray, thanking Jah for life, my gifts, my wonderful talented wife, my beautiful children, protection, and other things 😊😊. Thank you. My first viewing of your vids. You have a good approach, but it's possible to miss your great message, sometimes when you try to pack lots of info in. So sometimes a little bit less is the more your audience will get. And I know you don't want us to miss any little golden point that you make. Blessing. W💜🙏
Its funny how writing your goals and similar steps first thing in the morning actually works. The difficulty I had was consistency. I probably stuck to my morning routine for 3 weeks then fell off. Consistency is key.
The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different stream of income that doesn't depend on the govt especially with this current economic crisis around the world
The global pandemic shut many financial institutions from functioning thereby rendering most people jobless & investors lost more than they ever thought of losing.

I’ve been keeping up with my sleeping patterns and making sure I get enough no matter what daily challenges may bring. I like the mandarin yoga tea and that’s when you know “gratitude “ I know it is a big thing. I started writing notes too. Love this man. When me and my kids fall asleep we dream about owning some of the beach land we never visited. I promised myself that for many years of not having a vacation Me and my Kids need to have a vacation in our backyard everyday. We have a big pool, sandbox, and a baby pool. Super cool for 2 years of no income. But I want to have my dreams come true for my kids as well. I recommend this person for self development.
I need 7 hours sleep. So if I have to wakeup at 5, then I need to sleep at 10, dinner @ 8. I live with my family and they make dinner at 10 pm lol. Its easier said then done. When 1 member in a family changes all other needs to change accordingly. I cant leave my parents, they are old and they cant(will not) change habits.
Thank you so much for this super useful video, bright pictures and subtitles !! I'm glad I found this video ! I wish success and prosperity to your channel!!
The first thing we must all do in the morning is to PRAY, thanking ang praising the Lord for giving us a new day, and asking Him to give us wisdom, guide and protect us through out the day.
@@drivingbro it should be done before food tbh in the morning. And after food at night before bed Because its like "protection" for our teeth in the morning Sorry for my bad english, just telling what i know :)

so he is like 2hrs into his day and no peaing no poo no shower no phone calls from the parents and wife no courier knocking the door.. amazing perfect life
Hi Jim, thanks for your tips! Let me suggest the Five Rites - perhaps, you will already know them: I consider them essential to start the day with a full-energized mind and body.
That's a really big lie folk that doctors all around tend to tell pple,,,, its all in our heads and has messed us up so bad we believe its true while actually in real sense its not..... If you program your brain that you must and have to sleep for 8hours then you will but if not you won't and you will still be perfectly okay
That's the fact. I have been going to bed between 9:00 pm to 9:30 pm. I have seen how it has remade all of my habits and routines and life. Good sleep is crucial.
If we don't generate too much fattigue in the system, we won't need to restitute as much. As that's essentially what we do when we sleep. We reorganize the impressions in terms of bio-chemical reactions and electrical charges (nerve-stimulance). If we stop poisoning the body in too many ways this can be done way more efficent than the "average" person. Remember that recommendations from the healthcare system is based on the AVERAGE (the norm of said society) - if you don't follow the average lifestyle in terms of self-destructive behavior you will not have the same needs. Please remember that your body is a colony of cells, that have adapted through thousands of years and still is - just because something was in one way 5 years ago in terms of humans, doesn't mean it has to be the same way now. We're evolution in progress (or in degenetation depending on how you lead this life) Evolution is not something that only happened yesterday - it's happening every single moment in tiny adjustments to the stimuli which adjust to eachother.
1- remember dreams 2- drink water 3- Make bed 4- brush with left hand 5- breath 6- drink tea while journaling/ gratitude 7- exercise 8- brain smoothie while reading
I love these tips! These are things I love to do in the morning! The audio seems a little quiet but I still am gunna finish the video. Thanks for making it.
Hold on to hope...lol. True. But you can still do these things (or some of them) if you have kids. Either wake up a little before them, or do the things with them.
I do stuff like this. I just make the same stuff for my kids, so they can join me. They draw pictures when they “journal” and I do yoga usually instead of HIIT which they like to do too.
it doesn't matter the names, what is important is the quality, the best tea to drink in the morning is black or green tea it has both plenty of anti-oxidant
I am following same morning routine from 1 year I have incredible improvement at different level like mental level and physical level as well.as healthy relationship with my family
The first point is really true! Whenever I was stressed with my school assignments, at night I will dream about that doing that assignment a whole night! And in the morning, I woke up exhausted.
Which of these simple habits will you add into your morning routine? 🌞

Can we get your tea recipe? Sounds awesome. Thanks for all your teachings!!!
the best tea to drink in the morning is black or green tea they both have plenty of anti-oxidant

Hi Jim can you put list of tea ingredients. I would like to try this see if helps all the stress in my life
The wisest thing that should be on everyone mind currently should be to invest in different stream of income that doesn't depend on the govt especially with this current economic crisis around the world

Early to bed and early to rise makes a man healthy wealthy and wise.

Late to bed and late to rise sounds more appealing though
And it also make you

Thank you Jim I am so inspired by your life and your generosity
No joke, this video is better than years of medical health care advice
Excellent tips and reminders for a healthy lifestyle thank you Jim 👍🏼🗝🔓🎨🙏🏽🌍
He forgot to mention the first thing he does is wake up two hours before everyone else
That is the difference to everything I feel so great when I start my day at an early bird hour. You get to do everything without a rush.
Sleep deprivation? , no thanks
Big Rock... dinner at 10pm?! That's supper already.
or he didnt mention when he wakes uo
Thank you so much for this super useful video, bright pictures and subtitles !!
I'm glad I found this video ! I wish success and prosperity to your channel!!
Thanks a lot, Jimmy, have a wonderful weekend!
The first thing we must all do in the morning is to PRAY, thanking ang praising the Lord for giving us a new day, and asking Him to give us wisdom, guide and protect us through out the day.
Fourth thing is I brush my teeth
You're like Jim why do you brush your teeth
@@drivingbro it should be done before food tbh in the morning. And after food at night before bed
Because its like "protection" for our teeth in the morning
Sorry for my bad english, just telling what i know :)
@@drivingbro you brush off all the germs your mouth collected through the night first before you consume anything that might pull all the bacterias down into the body

So i would just like to say thank you so much and i know one day we will meet and it would be so impressive if you remember my name. To help you remember just think of Frosties cereal commercial that has Tony the Tiger saying " they're great"

My heartfelt gratitude for you Jim.
Thank you sir..
Hi Jim, thanks for your tips!
Let me suggest the Five Rites - perhaps, you will already know them: I consider them essential to start the day with a full-energized mind and body.
He forgot to mention that in order to do all of this you need to go to bed early and get your 7-8 hours of sleep.
That's a really big lie folk that doctors all around tend to tell pple,,,, its all in our heads and has messed us up so bad we believe its true while actually in real sense its not..... If you program your brain that you must and have to sleep for 8hours then you will but if not you won't and you will still be perfectly okay
We don't need 7-8 hours of sleep
*laughs in student*
We're evolution in progress (or in degenetation depending on how you lead this life)
Evolution is not something that only happened yesterday - it's happening every single moment in tiny adjustments to the stimuli which adjust to eachother.
1- remember dreams
2- drink water
3- Make bed
4- brush with left hand
5- breath
6- drink tea while journaling/ gratitude
7- exercise
8- brain smoothie while reading
This guys is so great he helped me get rid of a lot of bad morning habits like not eating breakfast and going straight to video games.

"How you do anything, is how you do everything"
This is great if you are single lol and no children. Good ideas though and maybe a way to implement a few of those.
Lauren Andrae Exactly!
Reading for me isn’t happening haha. So I try to listen to audiobooks every night before bed. I’ll read more when my children get older. :)

The first point is really true! Whenever I was stressed with my school assignments, at night I will dream about that doing that assignment a whole night! And in the morning, I woke up exhausted.
Then I get to work around 1pm and play solitaire for two hours.......
