Hi George, Thanks for your video, it helped me a lot with replacing screen and keyboard. However you do not mention that keyboard has 3 screws not two as showed on the video. Third one is hidden under the black material underneath the RAM slot. I had to use the FORCE to detach the keyboard.
The guy asks you to remove 2 screws to take out the keyboard. Actually you need to remove 3! The third one is situated below the black sticker below the outer RAM! I realized it the hard way trying to pull my keyboard out.
I must say that was great and educational. I just wanted to take out the hard drive, an boy I'm amazed I've done it. Can I ask is there something I need to get my files out of the hard drive?
Is there a certain type of screwdriver I have to use when removing the battery? Like, do I have to use any special type of non-static screwdriver, or something?
A littl question, I couldn´t remove the keyboard just like you did it, I've removed the screws but the keyboard looks stucked. Could you help me with that?
I do not understand why Lenovo gives non-serviceable keyboard in U410? Trying to clean the button strip, the keyboard needs to be opened - in turn have to destroy all the plastic tabs which are fuse riveting type that keeps the front keyboard plastic Basel together with the rest of the keyboard! Why do such a foolish thing? More non-serviceable parts means more money, more future unavailability and finally more taxing on mother earth's resources.
Just helped me today with my mums notebook. Still running very smooth, great product
Thanks
Fantastic tutorial, thanks

Doesn't the keyboard have 3 screws that connect it? I think the third one should be under the memory but I can't get to it
It is there, under left slot. You have to disconnect memory and remove black label.
Yes it does
It is under the RAM slot
