Dominant vessel is the one which gives a big posterior decending artery (PDA) and supplying the inferior portion of interventricular septum. If this PDA comes off from Right coronary artery (85%) its Right dominant system. If PDA comes from left circumflex (7%) it is left dominant system. Sometimes (8%) can be co dominant.

how mm LAD for asian ?, and how mm minumum can bypass?
Asians usually have small vessels. Surgeons usually say that anything below 2 mm vessel is very hard for them to bypass. I hope this help
