    I think there are couple of mistakes:
    In the first figure showing NORMAL coronary anatomy, the circumflex here is anomalous and arises from right coronary sinus.
    Second one it is stated that if catheter is left of angiogram that means it is a right or AP projection. But in spider view and left cranial catheter is also seen in the left of the angiogram.
    Am I wrong?

      What meant by catheter ?
      Aortic segment of the catheter (Shaft) to the left side of coronary ostium , which is the case in spider and LAO cranial view .
      And 1st graph is just simple illustration of crown shaped coronary tree , not a segmental anatomical detailed one.
