I am a nurse practitioner working in a peri- Cath lab in a community hospital. We are not a teaching hospital and I find your teaching module is the best on RUclips! Very well presented and very educational. Thank you so much! Highly recommended! DL

Thank you for the wonderful teaching! Could you cover CardiacSwing? How to quickly recognize the vessel with significant stenosis on CardiacSwing?

Thanks again Mr.Nasser ... is there like a specific degrees to use optimum AP caudal .. I mean like (caudal 30° RAO 5°-8° ) ?

dramh. There are no specific angles. It all depends on the patient habitus and orientation of the heart. Ofcourse, if the patient is obese you may not get good image if you are too much caudal. Little RAO or LAO angle just help you to get true AP caudal view if the heart is rotated. I hope this help..

Hello Dr , I have a question to ask you please, I know that the image we see on the editor is on the intensifier, but I would like to imagine our point of view to the body (heart), are we looking at the body from the X ray source or from the intensifier? thank you very much
