The water in Merida is Chaya which is a leaf and they add Piña or lemon…the chia water is basically a lemonade mix with the chia seed. Great video thanks!

You guys are fun! Agua de Pinole and Tejate are not the same. It is made with corn but the preparation is different. Tejate is made with corn, chocolate and a flower (don’t remember which). Super refreshing though! You gotta eat in Oaxaca! It’s a whole experience. I’ll be in CDMX for Independence Day and I’m super excited! I’ve been to CDMX several times, for Día de Muertos mostly but first time for Independence Day. Looking forward to it and more of your videos 😊
