    I've met all my lifetime friends thanks to Crash, I remember I was in 2nd grade and on my way home when I asked if this guy knew Crash Bandicoot and he said yes, so we started our friendship by playing in each other's house, then we met others who also loved Crash, one guy who particularly prefered Crash 2 and he was the first one to ever find some of the secret levels, I was the one who found them in Crash Warped, which is my favorite! I've moved away it's been 7 years and now, through social medias, we still talk about the N. Sane Trilogy and the upcoming Nitro-Fueled and we all wish we could be together to play these.

      What do you guys think of crash 4, I personally like it a lot but it's far from being as good as the og's, especially in terms of music, atmosphere and immersion. Also I expected high level of graphic details and very good lighting but I guess I expected too much. The level design and the amount of levels and their length is very good, my favorite part of this game.

    • @UltraCoolSuperOne97
      @UltraCoolSuperOne97 2 года назад +4

      @@MonkeyDPirateKing Crash 4 is fun but designed very weirdly. Why they chose to bring back the map hub from Crash 1 instead of an authentic Warp Room is beyond me. I'd have kept the Warp Room scenarios and you fix the problem of redundancy by making the Warp Rooms much much larger and with two or three bosses per warp room and way more levels. I'd also have kept the motorcycle levels and blimp levels even though a lot of people hate em, I like the blimp levels and the motorcycles are ok just frustrating. The graphics of Crash 4 are actually its strongest point IMO.

    Josh Marcell was the primary composer for the soundtrack, but you can hear his boss Mark Mothersbaugh's influence in a lot of the songs, *ESPECIALLY* in the Piston It Away/Spaced Out tracks (unsurprisingly given they're new wave techno-pop songs, which Mothersbaugh and the band he co-founded, Devo, were most well-known for.

      lo mismo por aquí, lo he jugado cada año durante 14 años, no puedo sentir esa nostalgia, pero simplemente dejar de escucharlo meses y volver a jugarlo hace que vuelva a ser especial

    out of the first three games, the second is the best. Best soundtrack, levels are cooler, and there's this whole secret ending and warp rooms which to this day still blow my mind

      +TheFreezeLeCreeper CreatingNewLife I dunno, the first Dino Crisis is good, but I don't find it as good as Silent Hill or Resident Evil. I didn't like the inventory management (the colored boxes) and the abudance of puzzles (most of them consists of codes and they get pretty repetitive at the end of the game). I think the most awesome aspect of DC1 is that there are a lot of pathways you can choose, so proops for having more replayability than others survival horror games.
      I've played little of the second one, so I can't talk about it, but it seems to be a good game just like the first one, but with less of the survival horror aspect.
      Overall, I just think RE and SH games are great, while the DC games are good.
