I don’t think anyone will read this… but I’m a teacher and I play this in my classroom. My students always tell me how calming it is to be in the presence of this music. Thank you for making this, and impacting so many of us who grew up with Zelda
12:19 probably one of my faves out of all osts. I can't describe it. It sounds like my childhood days, sitting on the sofa while my older brother is playing Zelda and just me peacefully observing. Me watching my siblings play video games are some of my earliest, happiest and safest feeling memories. And it also gives me the feeling that no matter how old I grow or however my life and home will change, I will always have a home. I literally don't get parents who say video games are bad for you. I have bonded through them with many people, I learned patience, endurance and problem solving skils and I have a place that feels like home through it.
I'm always happy to read comments like this. Hold onto those memories. It is those, and the people who create those memories with you that make life worth living. :)
Well said. All things come with two sides. Most parents see the bad side maybe just because they can not relate, maybe they didn't have that experience in their childhood. I do have similar memories that playing winning 11 with my younger brother. Good memories.
Indeed, well said! I couldn't tell you how I came across this video, but your depiction of it is so very similar to my own memories and all of the skills, and feelings of home.

You sometimes don't even notice that your device's battery is going down, so better have it plugged in all the time🔋 • Your headphones. You will be able to focus more with headphones because it blocks background noises. Also, if it's a late-night study session, you won't wake up anyone🎧 • a tea or coffee. Trying to confront my emotions after my brother passed last year. This was one of our favorite games of all time. We had played Zelda since A Link to the Past. It's going to hurt more than ever listening to this but it hurts running away from it too. I miss him so much. I'm in so much pain. I hope in some other reality I have a chance to be with him again, playing video games, laughing together, and enjoying life.
Bless your heart! You’re braver than you might think revisiting this soundtrack, grief is a strange thing. Hope you feel especially loved by the people around you in this time. Love and blessings, Sam ❤️
I’m so sorry for your loss 😢 I’m sure something bigger is waiting us beyond this life. Gratitude for those beautiful moments shared with your brother ❤ Be brave for the souls that needs you on this side of the wall 😌😉
I am so sorry. You will see him again, in one form or another. You two are deeply connected, as are all of us. Sending you peace. This music is also extremely tough for me to listen to.
I know we're all strangers here, but when you feel alone it's a temporary moment of peace when people reach out with support. I read everyone's comments and appreciate everything. Thank you.

Zelda has so many good memories as most of us have played the games thru our lives I remember my cousin on the phone with me helping me win pt. 1 on nes
I've never fully played skyword sword before but I instantly fell in love with Crimson Loftwing especially because of how it reminds me of an enchanted village filled with magic and hope. It's a place to wake up with smiles everyday. I love this so much as the Legend Of Zelda honestly.
For me this will always be something for my mother who passed away not long after my dad passed and both loved LoZ. I'm just happy to hear so many people still love stuff like this ♥️
Don't worry, the pain you are feeling is only temporary. Close your eyes and remember that tomorrow is a new day, a new beginning. Take a deep breath, you'll be fine, I promise💞

Whenever I listen to this, I remember how me and my sister and I used to watch as our brother played zelda all day and all night. But I remember this one time specifically. He was flying link over a dragon, and I looked out of the window and saw a kite high up in the sky during sunset. I don't know why but it made me happy, the view was so beautiful too. Now he's in college, and I miss watching him play with no worries of anything. We are all struggling now and have tons of problems. I just wish beautiful days like these could have lasted a little longer,,
We all have times in our lives that were so perfect, and its only when they pass that we realize how good they were. I am praying for you and hoping that things get better for you and that you make it through the struggles that surround you. But in the meantime keep hold of those memories and never let them go!
13:58 This is my favorite song from this playlist. I remember sitting in my basement playing Zelda games with my older brother when I was 5 and he was 16. He would let me actually play the game with him, and I really appreciate him for that because I know a lot of siblings might not have let their younger siblings do that.
My sisters never let me play, but I still have many good memories of watching them play. Still I do resent them for not letting me get a head start on my gamer training 🤣lol.
Zelda really does hold a special place in my heart. Me and my older sibling started playing botw during mid quarantine, I remember getting up from the dining table, rushing to the living room, to find him playing. I’d joke around about the monsters, and just random things. I vividly remember when I had gotten out of class, went to the living room to find my brother just beginning to enter Zoras Domains. I remember laughing when my brother would freak out over Chu chus, but freaking out with him when the lizalfos came along. The music takes me back every time. He taught me to play pretty well, and we ended up finishing that save together. we later got skyward sword. I still haven’t finished it, but my brother has gotten pretty close, those memories make me so fuzzy inside, funny to think we didn’t realize we were making such fond memories, they feel so far away, but almost like they happened only weeks ago. We still love playing it and I can’t wait to play more. Wow that was a lot.
To everyone reading this and listening. Close your eyes, inhale and feel the air in your lungs give life to your beautiful soul. and as you exhale, release the tension in your shoulders, ease the tension in your neck and the back of your head. Allow peace to flow inside of every fiber and vein in your body. You are doing great. No matter what you are going through. You will be just fine. Hugs to you all..
For those who read this. I wish that all of your problems and worries go away. I know things might feel complicated right now, but I assure you it will get better. I believe in you!
I don't know what it is, but there's something about the Breath of the Wild stable music that brings an indescribable warmth to my heart. And in this softer form, it's even more wonderful. Thank you, Sam!
BOTW created such a bright spot in my life. Playing it by myself, in the company of my siblings, or watching one of them play... There are so many treasured memories. I wish I could thank every individual whose hard work went into making this game.
I just put this on in the background while I'm working on assignments, and when the Twilight Princess songs started playing, I felt like I was 14 again, that was my first Zelda game and it still has such an impact on me, even now a decade later... Such good memories, thanks for making me smile :)
I love how so many of these comments are just very sweet and heartfelt. I remember playing the first Zelda on NES, and even though I sucked at it I remember enjoying it so much. Then about the time the first Switch came out I discovered BOTW and I fell in love with it. I have 500+ hours in it and I still haven't 100% it yet, since I always find myself just wandering and exploring the world even though I've probably seen it all by now. I'm happy Terrey Town is in here cause that was my favorite questline from Botw- I remember tearing up at the end of it
Hoping on BotW and just riding is really calming. Then I usually end by sending my pulse sky-high with shield surfing in the snow! If I didn't have a Harvest Moon Back To Nature save file in 34+ years played, BotW exploring would be my favorite video game of relaxation.
What's crazy is that I never use the horse- I like doing everything on foot instead to really explore every inch of the setting even though I've probably seen everything 50 times arrest
Zelda has so many tracks that soothe the heart and mind. I think that my heaven might be reawakening in the land of Hyrule - there is always a princess to save - always evil to vanquish - a life to live with honor - a warm fire - a Grandmother still alive cooking at the kettle on the island - Kas playing his tune right around the bend - my dog will be there too, when he was young and agile. I’d be young and agile too. Ha. Just a thought before I doze off.
16:55 definatly my favorite. I remember when I was little me and my brother would always watch my dad play zelda ocarina of time and the kakariko village song brings nostalgia
I imagine myself sitting around wildness listening to this music. Wondering that... life can be very peaceful around right place. Where ever you are, i wish you peace of mind and positivity!
Kakariko Village from Twilight Princess is always one of my favorites. I get chills at the 2:16-2:22 because of the insert that is from The Dark World, from Link to the Past, very similar. I like how the music has it's own uniqueness but you can also hear parts of other songs with Zelda music. This song is just peaceful and nice.
I've never really got into gaming, but if anything was gonna convert me it would be the soundtracks. Gaming tracks absolutely rock, I love listening to them while I read
I'm very happy that I got introduced to the Zelda franchise when I was little & still loving the series to this very day! I love everything about it even the songs, from battling, scary, exciting, sad, mysterious & even relaxing. I love it all. ^^
Man... thanks for making this playlist... I LOVED ZELDA SM, I wish I could have one more chance to forget about this game and play it as a new player again...
So much emotion for me to listen to these soundtracks. Zelda is the game that marked my childhood, my teenage years and my adult life. I have so many sweet memories of those games, it brings back so many good times and almost painful nostalgia. Some may not understand this feeling, but I'm so grateful that Zelda games exist and have brought so much magic and adventure into my life.
Funny enough, I have this playing while sitting at a campfire. Threw on the last piece of wood for the night and started scrolling through the comments... They're so wholesome it makes me feel that much more relaxed... (especially since I also just had to chase down my cat and bring her inside)
Man the peace and serenity these songs bring makes it feel like no matter how dark and grim life can get, these remind you that there can and always be light. Your mind just needs to be in the right place and songs like these help bring you there. It definitely brings back memories too. The good ol' days
To whoever is out there reading this message, if you are having a hard time just remember you are not alone and never give up ! The person who is reading this message, I wish you success, health, love and happiness!❤
I remember listening to this playlist one night when I was having a really hard time. It helped to put me to sleep as I imagined myself in some nice peaceful place
The crimson loftwing soundtrack takes up an enormous amount of space in my childhood. More so than I ever could have realized. The carefree feel and "lofty-ness" in the production make for such a great game.
This playlist is amazing! I'm listening with my cat and it seems she loves this playlist too, she fell asleep with ease! Thank you so much for making it!!💕💕💕
@@SamCisco Hijacking this to let you know that my cat and I fall asleep to this almost every night. I put the video on and she runs into bed and curls up on her pillow with my arm around her. It's our routine now 💕💕💕 Thank you for putting this together. As a chronic insomnia sufferer, this playlist helps me wind down for sleep
I bought BOTW over the summer, and I fell in love with it. It was my first Zelda game. As soon as I heard the Hateno Village music for the first time, I felt peaceful and relaxed. Zelda is more than just a game.
When I had an oculus VR headset, I realized quickly, the only thing I enjoyed was finding worlds similar to this experience, and then I swiftly realized that I can have a fire by myself in real life, while playing zelda music. Cheers!
Everytime I hear any legend of Zelda music my heart becomes a warm pit in my stomach. I've never heard something as calming and nostalgia inducing besides this and OG Minecraft music. Videogames like this are on another level of emotion that most people won't understand. This calms me and makes me feel like it's okay, thank you for uploading this. 💚
Sana
Man when i listen to this it brings back so many memories of all the zelda fames and even though im 12 i have played all of the zelda games and this makes me tear up, thank you for this.
my kitten loves this. it puts him to sleep. i love it too not just because its beautiful music and a good edit, but it puts my kitten to sleep when im trying to work on the computer lol
"The flow of time is always cruel... Its speed seems different for each person, but no one can change it..." "A thing that doesn't change with time is a memory of younger days..."
It's OSTs like these that make me think about how much work goes into a single game. For a time, video games costed more and took longer to create than a movie. It was an artistic masterpiece, needing so many different components to be ever so eloquently sewn together. Each piece made by a different set of hands, with different emotions and meanings woven in. Music is just one of these facets in which we emotionally connect with one of these artworks. It sets a mood, a theme, and even a desire. The world of creativity is insanely expansive, it awes me and constantly gives me goosebumps when I think about the vastness of human creative culture. Music in particular hits me hard, it makes the nostalgia almost as pungent as pumpkin spice. There are so many beautiful works of art made by individuals, but that individuality is hidden away when it is absorbed as a single coherent work. In a way it is beautiful, but in another it is sad. But we can lift our spirits by taking the time to appreciate these things as individual works of art instead of just pieces of something larger.
My job has been so stressful lately. My mind had been all over the place but this music has helped me calm down. Honestly this is really helping me get through my anxiety attacks this week. Thanks for uploading these, I'm really beginning to feel like I am in control of my feelings in this moment! Peace and love, God bless 💕
It's crazy how the license could make us dream with this music. Anyone who doesn't appreciate at least one, I really wouldn't understand. They are both rhythmic and relaxing. Also, they bring back memories. It is obvious that this will remain in our memory from generation to generation, it will continue to amaze the world. Thank you for this hour of magic!!!! 💖💯
A good soundtrack and a lovely sight goes well together! I cannot help but imagine being in there. Resting next to a campfire, feeling its warmth and radiant glow. A piece of tranquility that welcomes you anytime.
my heart melted with skyward sword. you hit in my childhood playing that game in the wii while I eat cereal an let the time past meanwhile link fly in the sky or petting the miwi. damm... it feel like yesterday. thank you
Such an amazing game! Still Ocarina of Time, Majors Mask, Skyward Sword and Breath of the Wild are all better! Now that is saying something. Amazing series!

Staring outside, dreaming of an adventure, listening to this ambience. What a sunday. ✨
This one actually adheres to the “calm” part… I just need good study and work vibes, not trying party or have distracting music changes
Signed, many of those "calm" mixes got one calm song and then rocking party through the rest of the hour
I agree, I always have trouble finding actually peaceful stuff. I think the background ambiance helps a lot with making it actually feel peaceful.
That first song, the purest nostalgia and childhood joy 💯💯💯😭

For those who read this. I wish that all of your problems and worries go away. I know things might feel complicated right now, but I assure you it will get better. I believe in you!
I don't know what it is, but there's something about the Breath of the Wild stable music that brings an indescribable warmth to my heart. And in this softer form, it's even more wonderful. Thank you, Sam!
BOTW created such a bright spot in my life. Playing it by myself, in the company of my siblings, or watching one of them play... There are so many treasured memories. I wish I could thank every individual whose hard work went into making this game.
I started with botw, and can't wait for totk to come out!!!
Frr
Same, I love that game.
I just put this on in the background while I'm working on assignments, and when the Twilight Princess songs started playing, I felt like I was 14 again, that was my first Zelda game and it still has such an impact on me, even now a decade later... Such good memories, thanks for making me smile :)
These tunes are breaking my heart. A long time ago. A simpler time.. I’m grateful for my memories with these games. We learned so much..
Relatable af
Zelda music makes me so emotional 😭 Even the ones from the games I didn’t play as much. They’re just always so magical and heartfelt
Totally and TOTK will make us discover new incredible music
Twilight Princess music is such a distinct vibe.
*already
the twilight princess soundtrack will forever be my favourite soundtrack, all of the songs just hit so differently
So relatable

I'm pretty late to this, but hi! I hope you all find love, comfort, peace, wealth, and healing.
Remember that it's just a bad day, not a bad life. So take a rest and give your mind and heart peace while listening to this beautiful melodic music.
Thanks, I needed to hear that

Age of calamity “ a quiet place “ that’s the name of the song :)
@@Memes-oe2si Thank you! i was looking for the tittle for so long after playing age of calamity ! :)
@@Memes-oe2si I don't mean to correct you, but
the song is called, " A quiet moment "
Exactly😌
Such peach and tranquility. Makes me forget any and all problems.❤
Such peach
Zelda has so many tracks that soothe the heart and mind. I think that my heaven might be reawakening in the land of Hyrule - there is always a princess to save - always evil to vanquish - a life to live with honor - a warm fire - a Grandmother still alive cooking at the kettle on the island - Kas playing his tune right around the bend - my dog will be there too, when he was young and agile. I’d be young and agile too. Ha. Just a thought before I doze off.
love layering this video with those 8 hour nature sound videos with all the bird and bug sounds really helps me immerse myself when im reading
Pro level reading 👏🏻
This is our go to mix that we play in our restaurant. Customers are very happy :) thank you.
That’s awesome!
I would go to a restaurant that played this
@@klarabear430we’re in Scotland!
I've never played Zelda, but these songs are so nostalgic to me and I don't know why
I never realized the similar chord progression between 'Crimson Loftwing' and 'A Quiet Moment'. Both still beautiful and unique songs, great playlist
Set this to my full screen, and write as I listen. Sets the perfect mood.
16:55 definatly my favorite. I remember when I was little me and my brother would always watch my dad play zelda ocarina of time and the kakariko village song brings nostalgia
Zelda’s lullaby reminds me that how I started with Zelda on OoT and that song, when you learn it on the ocarina it just makes me feel good.
Twilight princess has by far the best story and the ost really complements it and is incredible.
Quality work Sam! Very nice.
Thank you very much. Love your videos.

I remember listening to this playlist one night when I was having a really hard time. It helped to put me to sleep as I imagined myself in some nice peaceful place
I’ve done the same, glad this helped you out! Hope all is well ❤️
The crimson loftwing soundtrack takes up an enormous amount of space in my childhood. More so than I ever could have realized. The carefree feel and "lofty-ness" in the production make for such a great game.
I-I- WORDS CANNOT DESCRIBE HOW GOOD THESE SONGS ARE
Agreed
The composer deserves an award
I cleaned my house for like 8h today and have listened to this 4x in a ROW. It's such nice background music. Thank you so much for posting it
This playlist is amazing! I'm listening with my cat and it seems she loves this playlist too, she fell asleep with ease! Thank you so much for making it!!💕💕💕

Lol I almost fell asleep too because of this music... or maybe that was my school 😄. lol
Koji Kondo is from out of this world. Absolutely amazing.
I bought BOTW over the summer, and I fell in love with it. It was my first Zelda game. As soon as I heard the Hateno Village music for the first time, I felt peaceful and relaxed. Zelda is more than just a game.
The Hateno Village music might be my favorite in BOTW. I definitely recommend checking out some of the other Zelda games, best game series ever!
@@Gawillamon I want to but but most of them aren’t on the switch. I probably get around to it eventually.
The ordon village ost gives me so much nostalgia i played that game when i was 7 first zelda game i ever played
I rock my baby to sleep every night using your mix, such a beautiful and peaceful way to finish the day and go to dream land.
That’s awesome!
Sana

Nothing worse than a ‘peaceful’ compilation full of harsh sounds and rough transitions 🥴 thanks for the kind words!
A little tip for this amazing edit. I have listened to it no less than 3 times a week for the last year and just wanted to say thank you!
I was simply amazed with the Breath of the Wild music quality and integration with the game. I cannot wait for Breath of the Wild 2
For real! I never was a zelda player. BOTW hooked me. I've been jonesing for the second one for years now.

I m 90s kid, but i ve never played Zelda, this is the most calm music i ve heard. It relaxes me so good, and i can clearly think
I still remember how magnificent it was, playing Link to the Past for the first time ❤
my kitten loves this. it puts him to sleep. i love it too not just because its beautiful music and a good edit, but it puts my kitten to sleep when im trying to work on the computer lol
Skyward Sword's music is just some of the best and most underrated pieces I've ever heard
"The flow of time is always cruel... Its speed seems different for each person, but no one can change it..."
"A thing that doesn't change with time is a memory of younger days..."
That’s beautiful. Very well said Ryan. You have a way with words!

My job has been so stressful lately. My mind had been all over the place but this music has helped me calm down. Honestly this is really helping me get through my anxiety attacks this week. Skyward Sword was the first zelda game I was excited for the release. Crimson Loftwing might be one of my faves.

my heart melted with skyward sword. you hit in my childhood playing that game in the wii while I eat cereal an let the time past meanwhile link fly in the sky or petting the miwi. damm... it feel like yesterday. thank you
I literally cannot study without listening to this masterpiece.
Legend of Zelda games have to have the BEST music across the board
Most of these songs being from Twilight princess really shows you how much of a masterpiece that game was.
Such an amazing game! Still Ocarina of Time, Majors Mask, Skyward Sword and Breath of the Wild are all better! Now that is saying something. Amazing series!
Our baby loves this! Thanks, he soothes himself with it❤
Listening to this while painting miniatures is one of the most zen moments I've ever had. So thank you for that!
